Super impressed from start to finish, easy process sent image explained just the middle part, selected font and ribbon colour to match. Ordered Wednesday baked Thursday and delivered Friday. Packing is so good and recyclable as cardboard.
I was blown away by the cake it looked amazing the icing round the edges was perfect and the image was so crisp and looked super and it was so heavy! We ordered the larger cake and it was ideal for the party. Everyone commented how delicious it was, we picked the toffee flavour. You could tell it wasn’t full of preservatives and had been freshly made! I would absolutely recommend and will use again.

The best cake we’ve ever eaten!! I ordered a cake for my dad’s 70th and it did not disappoint. The ordering process was easy and the choice of flavours was great. Picked the delivery date of choice and the packaging was amazing. The cake itself was incredible, so flavoursome and moist even after a few days and it only lasted that long because we all kept going back for seconds. I would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be ordering again.

The cake is amazing, second one I've bought. Unfortunately the experience was spoiled by the courier who delivered it. EYP need to change their courier from DPD! No wonder there were 22 parcels delivered in an hour! He didn't even attempt to knock on the door, just literally threw the parcel in the shed. didn't bother to balance it up, and thankfully I was there and immediately pick it up and levelled it up. But the cake did slide across the board. Really poor delivery experience!!! 😡😡 But that doesn't take away from the best cake I've ever tasted 😋

The cake was amazing and delicious great lemon filling everything about it. Right down to the packaging well engineered,my partner was so very pleased,and the delivery was on time

The happy birthday message was supposed to be written on the photo, not on the side of the photo, which makes the photo printed only on half of the icing.

The icing is not even icing, is more like rice wafer with a very bitter taste, which makes it impossible to eat.

No communication at all, they don’t care about the customers.

In one word, horrible!

DPD delivered when they said they would on my son’s birthday, it however arrived with 6 of the 18 cup cakes stolen. The box had been ripped open and then DPD had the cheek to tape it up again with their packing tape. Won’t be using eat your photo again, DPD are just awful,

We've used Eat Your Photo for all our edible photos for the last few years because they are exceptionally good. The quality is always excellent and the turnaround time is always really fast. We had a particularly large order to do recently but they listened to our needs and turned it around very fast and to a super high quality. Would highly recommend them for edible photos

I ordered a birthday cake for my disabled daughter yesterday knowing it wouldn’t be delivered until Saturday which would have been too late for my organised lunch. After emailing in desperation asking if it could possibly be delivered earlier Eat your photo pulled out all the stops and delivered it a day early. It also looks totally amazing considering the photo I sent wasn’t brilliant!
So THANK YOU from one very happy mum and one very happy to be daughter..!

I can finally give Eat Your Photo 5 stars; having failed to get the chance to talk to them by phone or receive a reply by email, I took the chance and place my order on line. Within 24 hours my 5” and 7.5” disc plus three strips were delivered. Perfect understanding of my requirement / perfectly executed. I am thrilled to bits.

Absolutely amazing company!! My son’s cake came damaged and I emailed regarding this. Paula was so quick to get back to me with a solution to the problem and her customer service was impeccable! I would highly recommend this company to everyone as I have never recieved such amazing service from another business! Ordered my cake on 16th of October to be delivered on the 30th of October for my sons 21st.
On the day was told that it wouldn't be coming on the 30th but now the 31st.
Then it was delivered to the depot and I was waiting for my 1 hour slot to then check to see on way back to eat my photo.
I was devastated as this was for my sons 21st.
They said they would find out what happened but haven't.
Refund and 20 percent off next order not good enough.
All my details were correct there was no reason for this.
Avoid id pick another company for your cake.
They take ages to respond don't answer the phone.
It was then too late to go somewhere else

I ordered 2 character cakes for my granddaughters 10th birthdays,wicked and k pop demon hunters.
They were so pleased and so was I .
The cakes was packed very secure and delivered as planned and the cakes looked fantastic and tasted beautiful.

I wanted to thank you for the cake. It arrived last Saturday as scheduled. I left it sealed in its box until I drove to my office the following Wednesday to celebrate my retirement. It arrived in perfect condition, having been securely boxed inside the outer box.

It was photographed by several of my colleagues and appreciated by all. It tasted great and I have brought some of the leftovers back home with me.

Ordered a cake for my son's birthday mainly as he wanted a cake with his picture. I had zero expectations.
The cake looked beautiful and immediately all the kids understood the concept of the football card with the stats. Now this is where things for really interesting... the chocolate cake was AMAZING..... So tasty, so light, so flavour some and it literally melted in my mouth...
