Both images I ordered were unusable due to being impossible to get off the backing sheet. I spent absolutely ages trying to get off as gently as possible but it's too thin and just rips continuously

I wish to pass on my delight with the cake
It was easy to order and the turn round to delivery was really fast
The presentation was first class, the cake exactly as it left your bakery
My grandsons birthday was made complete with that beautiful cake at the end

First time using this company and can safely say, I won't be using anywhere else!
Ordered a personalised Liverpool cake for my Son's 12th birthday. I ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered Friday.
The cake looked amazing and tasted absolutely fantastic. So fresh and moist.

The website is really easy to use and I thought the cake was fairly prices. The cake was delivered on time the courier gave an hour of delivery. The cake arrived and the packaging was fantastic it was secure and robust. The cake looked fantastic exactly as shown in the website pictures, the cake was light, moist and really fresh. This was for my wife’s 40th birthday surprise and the whole experience was professional and efficient, what a fantastic product. I would definitely recommend.

I can’t comment on the quality of the cake as I never received it.

Ordered a cake for my wife’s birthday.

DPD delivered to the wrong address and provided picture with it on the ground the wrong way up.

By the time I located the address cake was gone.

Ultimately you are dependent on the DPD driver on the day so order quite early and order a backup.

I have also emailed eat my photo and called. No response to my email and no one answered the phone.

I had quite a complicated cupcake toppers order (with seven different designs) which was printed and delivered really quickly and I was super happy with the toppers! The toppers had great clarity, were easy to apply and lasted! The emails I exchanged with Eat Your Photo were quickly responded to, and my complicated order understood and delivered on! Would definitely order again with this company 👍

I ordered only 2 days before my son's birthday, not really expecting they would be able to deliver in that time frame, but they were able to do so, which was great customer service! The picture on the cake was really clear and the cake itself was delicious. I was impressed with the packaging, which ensured the cake was delivered in perfect condition. I will defintely use this company again.

Ordered a cake for an event. Turned up in a terrible state. Contacted them and they asked if there was time for a replacement to be sent, there wasn’t. No further offer of support or reimbursement. STAY WELL CLEAR

Fantastic service - I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake 3 days before it was needed. I was worried I had left it too late, however, the order arrived as advertised.
The cake looked wonderful and was very tasty. We had lots of compliments on it at the party.

I've ordered a few times from eatyourphoto now and it's hands down the easiest cake ordering experience ever. The cakes always come packaged to perfection keeping your cake perfect. The cake itself is actually delicious aswell which to be honest I wasn't expecting as sometimes when you have a great looking cake the taste isn't always there. Highly recommend and will continue to use for our cakes!

This company let themselves down. I had a cake delivered Friday and dpd decided to leave the cake on my doorstep in hot weather (25 degrees) even though I gave an alternative delivery address. I contacted eat my cake so they can contact dpd. Eat more cake have ignored my emails. It seems once you have the cake they are not bothered how or what condition it gets to you

Ordered a cake for my grandsons 18th. The photo is perfect but I asked for it to say " Happy 18th Birthday Robert" and all it says is "18th Robert"
Cannot comment on taste as his birthday is tomorrow.
Delivery driver (dpd) carried it on its side and dropped it onto floor when I opened the door.

I ordered two weeks ago, no delivery. When I followed up with emails, no one bothered to reply to them.
Avoid at all cost
