I love this company. I get all my edible photo images from here, multiple times a month. The delivery is always so quick and the images are always excellent quality. Great service and great communication with staff.
My icing picture arrived less than 24 hours after ordering, and my requests re size adjustments and placing of wording were met exactly.
Excellent product, they even include instructions on how to place the pictures on your cake.
Its perfect, clear, bright colours.

Always order my daughter’s birthday cakes from this company. They are fantastic never had any issues and the cake is the best tasting cake I’ve ever had! Packed really well for delivery wouldn’t use anyone else.

I can’t fault this company, I ordered a cake for my son 6th birthday the first one arrived damaged, contacted them via email, a lovely guy called will sorted it for me and got a replacement sent out that day and it arrived on the day of party!
The cake was absolutely perfect, we went for the chocolate spong filling it was moist, creamy and so tasty! Would give 10 stars if I could will 💯 order again and recommend to everyone I know!

Don’t bother ordering an edible image topper for a cake from here. I ordered one for a birthday cake, followed the instructions exactly as described and there was absolutely no way the photo was coming off without ripping.

I spent over 15 minutes being super super careful trying to get the image off the backing but I genuinely don’t think there’s a way anyone could’ve got that off without it ripping. The image was so thin it was ripping at the most gentle touch.

I’ve emailed the customer service team to explain this and express how disappointed I am but no response….

Absolute waste of money…

First time ordering from them, I needed a cake quickly that was custom (picky birthday boy) and we were not disappointed! Arrived so quickly and with the robust protection packaging the cake was in perfect condition! Very impressed, will be using them for future birthday cakes that’s for sure! Reasonably priced too. I have ordered two cakes for my twins 6th birthday. One was Stich and one was Minecraft. Kids absolutely loved them, beautiful bright colours. Cakes came in very sturdy boxes, very good secured inside. Cakes were fresh , moist and delicious. And I am really grateful that they arrived so fast, three days after ordering. Absolute delight!

Ruined a cake, and no time to make another for an important anniversary.
Apparently they printed it on the wrong paper and it came out like a jigsaw puzzle, what a mess. Have received a refund but that really doesn't make up for a slack attitude, and this won't be printed as they only print the nice ones!

Absolutely brilliant service. I will be using this again and again. The process of ordering was simple as was uploading the photo. The cake was delicious and it arrived perfectly packaged and exactly on the date required. Than you so much. My husband loved his Caterham Seven photo on his cake and it went down a treat in the pits XX

I ordered a last minute cake topper for a Ruby wedding cake. Came the next day. The image was great quality, just what I needed and quite easy to apply of you follow the instructions. This is the third time I have used this company and I am very happy with the goods and the excellent service.

My family were sceptical with my cake order but I have just received my cake this morning and I am absolutely blown away with how good it looks, the pictures are perfect and this will be our centre piece for my grandsons 18th. The cake was very well packaged and came in the allocated time slot.

Cake arrived and was left on the doorstep outside which was not a great start!
In terms of photo quality the cake looked good but unfortunately there was creasing around the cake edging and where the birthday message was which ruined the cake.
I emailed and telephoned and had no response. I telephoned the next day and no answer. Finally I received an email the evening before the party for my daughter and by that time a replacement cake could not be sent out. I was offered a measly 20% discount and an apology.
Not what you expect when ordering a made to order birthday cake.I think if emails or telephones were answered in better time then this could have easily been resolved and a replacement sent out. For £40 we was disappointed.
The cake how ever was tasty just a shame about the late response, the cake being left on the doorstep and the damage to the cake.
I would order with caution!!

This company were amazing. The ordering was simple. The cake arrived on the day I requested and boxed well to make sure the cake wasn't damaged at all. The cake was delicious. The writing,ribbon and picture were exactly as requested. I will definitely be ordered from them again for my next celebration.

I recently ordered a personalised cake from your company and I just want to say how pleased I was with it……aside from being delivered on the exact day chosen and in a very sturdy box the cake was decorated beautifully and was absolutely delicious!
