Eco7 Ltd. Avaliações

2 years ago, April 2022, I called Craig about my Sunny Boy inverter was dead. Quoted me £799 to replace with a similar inverter called SolaX X1-3.0. This proved to me the worst inverter on the market. Yes its sending generation to the Fit system but is it correct???? I accessed the total data history on Sunny Boy for 11 years anytime I wanted, Solax just shows you what's being produced, if correct???, and no records or other data kept. After complaining for about 6 months or more to eco7 constantly that I couldn't connect my smartphone to the inverter, Eco7 even said they had sent someone again to show me, no appointment had been made with me and the date they said they had, I was in all day!!! I eventually managed to get in touch with Solax in China who were helpful enough to show me how to connect my smartphone to the inverter with a new dongle with an aerial they sent me, as the one, I had paid extra for, supplied by eco 7 was absolutely useless even though eco7 insisted it was!!! Solax even admitted that their Solax was inferior to Sunny Boy in respect of data information.... it doesn't even monitor the date!!! Or what is being used or sent to the grid!!!
AND THE 2 GUYS IN THEIR NEWISH LAND ROVER ALSO TOOK MY SUNNY BOY INVERTER WITHIUT TELLING ME!!! PROBABLY TO REFURBISH AND SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE...
IN CONCLUSION STAY AWAY FROM ECO7, WHO I NOW REGARD AS ABSOLUTELY THE PROVERBIAL 🤠 COWBOYS 🤠 ..... I REGRET EVER GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

We had our solar panels cleaned by them. Not all the panels were cleaned well. I contacted Eco 7 with photos and at first they seemed willing to look into it. I also contacted them as I'd mistakenly told them there were 11 panels, but when looking again, there were only 10. As they charge per panel so couldn't have cleaned one that didn't exist, I asked them to check the number of panels on the photos their cleaners took, asked them to let me know if they agreed with me or not and if they did to amend the invoice accordingly. Since sending the email on March 8th and another one three weeks later to ask if they'd received it, I have had no response whatsoever, being totally ignored by them. Even a reply disagreeing with me would have been more courteous than being ignored.

The team of three arrived promptly at 8:25 to fit anti-bird netting and clean the solar panels. Old bird nests cleaned out from under the panels, netting cut and fitted to both groups of panels and the panels cleaned.
They finished inside an hour, everything clean and tidy, brilliant job and a group of pi***d off pigeons who have now left, no more gutters full of pigeon poo, result. Thanks Eco7Energy.

I rarely do these reviews but I have to say Evo7 get my unqualified 5* rating. They installed my bird cage panel netting and solar panel cleaning on the date agreed for the very competitive price agreed online. My criterion for giving a company the highest trust pilot rating must include a company’s response to criticism. Mine was that after an excellent bird cage installation ( I have to say in an unrelenting gale) I could still see some lichen/moss on the edges of some panels. I commented to Evo7’s Craig who without hesitation agreed to either refund the cleaning cost, or to re clean the panels. Today a re clean was carried out by Lee and James for no extra cost and they did not leave until I was happy. ….I am . Please support this small company with hard working teams. I will be using them again for any solar panel related work.

Had a 12+years SMA inverter which was starting to fail. Looked online and found Eco7. Very impressed with the quick follow up to my enquiry about replacing Inverter. Graig was very helpful and not pushy, fitting in a date to suit me. On the day of fitting had Lee and Tony, arrived on time, polite, very informative and a credit to the company. I don’t usually do reviews but was so nice to deal with a company that’s friendly, don’t feel rushed and definitely recommend. Thanks for a great job all round 👍🏻.

Lee and Kai came to fit bird netting on my solar panels today.
They were prompt, polite, efficient and tidy ! Would highly recommend.

This is one well organised company to use, the quality of the staff would leave other companies in the dust. Was not to sure in the first place but impressed at the end. And for me would recommend to anyone

Brilliant company to deal with
From contacting Craig on Saturday to installation of a replacement inverter on the Wednesday
I did not expect a reply to my email on Saturday until Monday
I received a quote by return and placed my order
The 2 guys who did the installation were both very friendly and pleasant
The job was completed in a timely and very tidy manner
I have no hesitation in recommending this company

We booked Eco7 to put up pigeon protection on our roof solar panels.
Another company who quoted me went to great lengths to try and convince me that we needed scaffolding to do this job (at an addtional cost of £540).
Eco7 came and did the job without scaffolding and were finished in around 45 minutes.
We are really happy with the service and the result.

Service was great booked visit about installing bird protection. Team arrived on time and carried out a very polite and professional job. Would highly recommend

Craig was really helpful when I emailed him desperately wanting to get rid of all the pigeons roosting under my solar panels in my house that I just bought. He was able to squeeze me in within the week and price matched a slightly cheaper quote I received. Thank you!

5-star service from start to finish. Fitted bird protection around our solar panels and removed nests. Arrived on time, were very friendly and professional and did a great job for a reasonable price. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Wanted someone to remove lichen and generally clean my PV panels, looked at several companies - mainly window cleaners who said they can do this type of work but who haven't been successful in the lichen removal. Found Eco7 and after reading about them I felt they were the company I needed, I wasn't wrong, within an hour of starting to clean my panels were gleaming, the lichen was just falling off, these guys didn't mess around, brilliant job and a great couple of lads doing it, Eco7 definitely in my book of contacts for any solar related issues.

They turned up on time fitted a new inverter in a hour at a very reasonable price brilliant

Had are solar panel batteries installed by this company and I must say they were professional from start to finish.
The two fitters that did the job were very informative of what they were going to do and would stop work to answer any questions that we had.
A refreshing change from the pushy and lets just get the job done and go
I would highly recommend this company, its a shame we don't have more like them.
Thanks for a great job well done.

My 12 year old solar inverter gave up. I had a quick look for possible alternatives and installers. Eco7 seemed a good bet due to their Trustpilot rating. A couple of Emails and phone conversations later with Craig and a date given me for installation. On 1st November, only 4 days after ordering, 2 engineers arrived. Very polite and professional within 20 minutes we were making solar energy again.5 star service all round 👍

Eco7 have recently come to fit bird protection around my solar panels, I highly recommend Eco7 and their services. They have blown me away with how good they are, from the point of contact and speaking to Craig who was prompt and professional with all the responses and questions I had (I had a lot). I took quotes from all over (national and local) and no one was able to beat Eco7’s quote. The team that then came to do the work and cleaning of my panels were exceptional, professional and clearly experts in what they do. I’m over the moon with the work they completed for me and I will be back when it’s time to add a battery to my system. Many thanks Craig and the Eco7 team.

Used this company to put wire around our solar panels…they were extremely professional and efficient…cost was extremely reasonable compared to other companies we had quotes from….they arrived on time as stated…..more than satisfied ….would definitely use again ……..

Quick response, very efficient informative and friendly..just wish I'd found them sooner. Would not hesitate to recommend. Only issue I had was with the price..which was a guide on there automatic system. But they made an adjustment and this was the first company not to be charging to have a look. Also no advance fees.
Absolutely delighted and recommend

Had Eco 7 round today to install pigeon protection and remove nests. The guys were really friendly, professional and thorough with their work. Did a great job for a competitive price. Thanks chaps, really happy with the result and with those pigeons gone, will be easier to keep the gutters, driveway and cars clean! Great job and highly recommended
