Moreover, these fees are determined and paid to Aramex not to Elite Parts and are not paid on our website at the time of purchase, they are paid to Aramex either online or by cash upon delivery.
-Regarding illustrating the shipping information on our website, When you reach the checkout step on our website, you will find that the website is clearly mentioning that the international shipping fee is “ Cash on delivery by Aramex (7-15 days), $6 is paid for domestic delivery within China from GWM warehouse to Aramex warehouse.”

The customer service was absolutely great, and the product received was unscathed. However the shipping quote was not included on your initial purchase from the site so you will be stung by hefty shipping fee.

Their customer service is unmatched! I've never encountered a company that treats its customers as well as they do. At first, I was apprehensive because the website didn't provide clear shipping information and the WhatsApp contact asked for a copy of my passport. However, they were understanding when I refused to provide my passport and even paid for the shipping and customs fees themselves. They only asked for payment once I had received my package. I was impressed by their generosity and attentiveness to customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
