The customer service is really bad. Ordered chestnut ugg boots, received mushroom.i asked to return them and they said they would send an email in an hour. Never recieved the email. Called the next day asked for the email to be sent again . 3rd day i called again still nothing. Asked to speak to a manager and they were away for the next 2 days.i Asked to make a complaint , they told me go on the website. They said it was a human error,it happens. I understand the mistake. And have no problem with that. But 3 attempts for me asking is clearly evident I'm not recieving the details to return the boots. I also told them I'll be leaving the country and would really appreciate a return so I could take them with me before leaving. I said could you send them internationally, they said we only send to new Zealand, i asked could you send them to my family member and they can send them for me . But Emu to pay for the shipping. They said no we can't do that. Really disappointing as I've always loved buying the Emu ugg boot .

The service was great, the Stinger range boots are amazing quality, wouldn’t buy another brand. Only reason I gave a 4 was because I can’t get the mushroom color way in the Stinger Hi. PLEASE PUT THEM BACK INTO PRODUCTION!

Got these slippers as a gift for a frien d -- she absolutely LOVES THEM! The furry sheepskin is yummy and craftsmanship exceptional. Love the tie-dye coloring, orange to blue/purple is so unique and luxurious looking. I hope Emu makes more slipper styles with this tie-dye color way ♥️♥️♥️

I still have the high heeled boots *Cooma Suede* I love them and wish I could get another pair, I have worn them every winter.
I know these new ones won't live up to my coomas but still comfortable and wearable.

I like the products. They are well made. The sale price really help. Customer Service responds quickly. The only problem is I couldn't find direct phone number anywhere which is annoying. Sometimes I have a quick question and getting the answer right away would really help.

The quality is outstanding I had to return for a different size and customer service was excellent very helpful.

I’ve been wearing my EMU Australia men’s sheepskin slippers daily and they’re honestly the most comfortable pair I’ve ever owned. The genuine Australian sheepskin lining feels like walking on a cloud—super soft, warm in winter, yet breathable enough that my feet don’t overheat. They slip on and off easily, stay put with the sturdy sole. True to size and excellent quality.
