Das aller letzte. Gepäck Verluste. Keine Firma, ahs hat mir bestätigt. Flughafen Düsseldorf hat die strippen in der Hand.. lieber nach Köln Flughafen fahren und mann bekommt seine Koffer. Als in Düsseldorf 8tage wartet und sein Nerven verliert .Ihr hab mich verstanden. Finger weck Flughafen Düsseldorf 😒😒😒😒😒😒
Ein Desaster…
Rotzfreche, arrogante, ungebildete und faule Subunternehmer am Check-In und der Gepäckaufgabe. Warum arbeitet (…kann man eigentlich nicht arbeiten nennen, da u.a. private Belange wie die Raucher-Pausenregelung wichtiger waren und willkürlich die Kunden behandelt und bedroht wurden.) so ein Pack in solchen Schlüsselpositionen.
Stellt wieder richtig ausgebildete, kriesengeprüfte und kompetente Mitarbeiter ein.
Bei der Gepäckaufgabe am 26.07. von Eurowings musste ich mich leider mit diesen niveaulosen Personal abgeben. In meinem privaten Leben halte ich mich bewusst von solchen Menschen fern und hier werde ich dieser Willkür unterworfen. Setzt diese selbstverliebten Faulenzer auf die Straße und stellt ordentlich ausgebildetes und geschultes Personal ein. Hört mit diesem Subunternehmer-Mist auf, es schadet dem Ruf des Flughafens und der Airline.
P.S. Ja, man sollte nicht alle über einen Kamm scheren, aber wenn von 4 Personen in dem kurzen Zeitraum 4 Personen faul, willkürlich handelnd, frech, arrogant oder uninformiert sind, neigt man dazu.

Alles online boeken anders wordt je gewoon bezeikt!
Parkeren in P7 ZONDER online te boeken is geen goed idee. €40 per dag na een vakantie van 11 dagen en dan €432 moeten afrekenen is een domper op de vakantie geweest.
Vorig jaar konden we nog gewoon binnen rijden, auto parkeren en normale prijs aftekenen. Dit is gewoon té scandals voor woorden!!

Hard to find airport rental car return …
The rental car return sign is not clear, it is super hard to find the rental car return, the final sign to enter the parking garage is small and easy to pass by. It took me more than 30minutes to find the return car return, worst airport ever.
Baggage wrap, rude security and checking staff
There’s only 1 baggage wrapping point on the entire departure floor. Surely that’s likely to create issues at peak hours. I found the security gate staff that worked there on the 17/06/2025 (between 2 and 3pm were rather dismissive and impolite. Didn’t care to explain much and stuck to their own language. They are in the service industry, at an international airport, they don’t have to be fluent in English but they can try the basics if nothing else, like explaining some processes. The most basic concept would be to treat people as first timers and have the ability to answer questions and offer guidances where necessary. They really left a bad taste in my mouth. Add to that the Lufthansa business check-in counter! The lady at that counter (around 1:30pm), has no business working there! I asked if that was the check-in for Swiss Airlines and her response was “it’s self check in for economy”! The audacity…answer question and then establish if I’m at the right counter for the booking class instead of assuming and attempting to send me somewhere else. Ver my unnecessary.

Biryerlerde takılıp kalmışlar, deve kuşu gibi başları kuma gömülü sadece teknolojide değil hizmette ve iyi hizmetin ana şartı nezakette nekadar geri kaldıklarını göremiyorlar. 25 senedir yol yapıyorlar, bitecek gibi görünmüyor. Sorunlu bir millet. En akıllıcası birdaha başka ülkelerden uçmak.

Sicherheitskontrolle die so ! kein Reisender braucht !
Sehr unhöfliche und unangemessene Sicherheitsabfertigung sowie äußerst langatmige Kontrolle der Medikamente meiner schwersterkrankten Tochter von einem mutmaßlich unerfahrenen MA mit wenig Bildungshintergrund .
Mein mehrfaches Angebot die mitgeführte ärztliche Bescheinigung vorzulegen wurde konsequent überhört ,statt dessen hielt der MA die klystiere meiner Tochter für alle umstehenden Passanten sichtbar in die Luft und fragte ..in einer Sprache die ich nicht spreche einen benachbarten Kollegen dazu etwas ...es würde gelacht und es dann erst wieder in die Tasche verstaut ...ich würde gebeten Abstand zu halten ...wobei auch das begleitet wurde von neu deutschen Aufforderungen ..." verehrte Dame, ...halten sie bitte Abstand ...",ich hatte mich überhaupt nicht von der Stelle gerührt ,überragte den männlichen MA aber mindestens eine Kopflänge ..das schien bedrohlich auf diese Ausführung Mann zu wirken ...die aufmerksam gewordene Bundespolizei stand mir inzwischen zur Seite ,nickte den ganzen Tascheninhalt ab und dieser ehrverletzende "Terror ",die Sicherheitskontrolle war beendet .
Man darf es subjektiv getrost hochgradig inkompetent und übergriffig nennen.

Seit 35 Jahren fliege ich mit meiner rollstuhlpflichtigen ,schwerst erkrankten Tochter und immer leider Gottes mit viel Medikamenten ,Flüssigkeiten .
Immer fuhre ich zweisprachige ärztliche Bescheinigungen mit .
Niemals ...und wir fliegen mindestens 4 x jährlich müssten wir eine derart unangenehme Sicherheitskontrolle über uns ergehen lassen !
Im Kunden Interesse tauschen Sie ,die Verantwortlichen dort ,diese deplazierten MA aus ! Niemand braucht derartige Erlebnisse !!
Very rude staf
Not much people, no waiting time. But X-Ray services......
A woman first telling me to get in position for x-ray in a very unpolite way. Then something wasn´t correct as she start yelling in German. I tried to calm her and ask her to try to explain in English without any success. Both me and my wife got the same treat.
Probably i did something wrong but it should be possible to explain that in a normal polite way, not yell angry in german language. Next step was body exam also with instructions in german, less yelling but still very rude.
Have never experienced such a bad and disrespectful treatment on a airport .... ever
I´ve had a great stay in Dusseldorf and always got friendly and respectful treatment in all other places. Its a shame and a big surprise how this can last on a big international airport.
Taxi driver was angry the trip was not far enough
I'd flown in from Australia and needed to get a taxi to a hotel that was a 25 min walk away with all my stuff. My roaming data was also not working. Taxi driver threw his hands in the air and had a go at me for the short fair and how long he had been waiting there. Don't blame the player son. Welcome to Germany!
Booked a flight from Dublin to Preveza…
Booked a flight from Dublin to Preveza Greece with Kiwi.com.
No direct flight from Dublin so was booked Dublin to Dus and Dus to Preveza on 2 eurowings flights .
First flight was delayed 3 hours .
We were assured however connecting flight was delayed also to facilitate passengers connecting. Received an email confirmation for connecting flight of changed departure time .
Arrived in Düsseldorf, connected flight had departed. Euowings representative AAS were so un helpful. Horrendous customer service . Shouted at and told to leave counter . Left stranded in Düsseldorf.

Geen gratis bagagekarretje :-(
We hadden een plunjezak van 24 kg. Handig om dan een bagagekarretje te kunnen gebruiken. Kom je erachter dat je 2,50 € moet betalen en dat dat alleen lukt als je een creditcard hebt.
Dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt en er is een kans dat dat de reden wordt dat we niet meer vanaf Dusseldorf gaan vliegen.

Taxi drivers scammers
The taxi drivers of the airport are scammers. Our hotel was 3 minutes from the airport, the taxi driver got angry and said he had been waiting 4 hours for such a short trip, and forced us to pay him 'special prize' of 20 euros for a 3 minutes trip.

Very slow baggage drop with british airways. Passport control for non EU citizens is abysmal 2 windows with a big queue. Open sky lounge is the worst example of a lounge ever. Complete waste of money for a glass of warm coke and a cup of coffee
Extremely rude security staff
Extremely rude security staff and very unpleasant experience passing through Zone B Thursday 6th February. I have travelled through many airports but Dusseldorf is the least friendly and accommodating departure point hands down.
