J’ai reçu un avis de paiement en janvier 2026 pour 3 amendes (37€ chacune) de stationnement constatées entre le 24 mai 2025 et le 31 mai alors que je n’ai JAMAIS séjourné à Bruxelles à ces dates. J’étais chez moi à Brest et je peux aisément le prouver.
Ce que je constate, c’est que cette société de recouvrement ne lâche rien, j’ai reçu le même courrier en novembre dernier.
Il me semble que ceux sont seulement des courriers d’intimidation.
Dans tous les cas, je ne paierai pas tant qu’ils ne m’auront pas fourni les photos datées des infractions constatées.

es ist eine Abzocke und Unverschämtheit, obwohl ich im Dezember alles beglichen habe, bekomme ich jetzt im Jänner Mahnung und zwar deutlich teurer, man kann niemanden kontaktieren nur einen Formular ausfüllen.. bin gespant was jetzt auf mich zu kommt?!

Daß nicht genügend darauf hingewiesen wird, daß eine Mautgebühr fällig ist, lasse ich mir ja noch zuschreiben. Daß aber keine Rechnung geschickt wird, sondern gleich eine Zahlungsaufforderung und danach eine letzte Zahlungsaufforderung, ist unseriös und ein sehr schlechtes Geschäftsgebaren.
Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht !!

Paid my tolls on line in sept 25,oct they sent me a letter saying I still owed money and a late fee,totally forgot I paid it and paid again only to realise,I've been trying to get my money back now for virtually 4 months,25 emails and just get automated replies,phone them and they fob you off with crap like"we'll email you and get it sorted ",HAVEN'T RECIEVED ONE,Rhe firm are absolute GANGSTERS.

Simpelthen en bødefælde. Når der står automatisk trafikkontrol på skiltet, så går man jo ud fra, at strækningen registreres på præcis samme måde som de utallige andre vejstrækninger/tunneller/færger, vi passerede. Istedet kommer der en opkrævning 6½ måned senere, selvfølgelig med et gebyr, der er fem gange højere, end hvad det reelt kostede for at passere strækningen, dvs 99,-nkr. er blevet til 499,-nkr. Det er simpelthen vildledende. Vi havde ingen netforbindelse ved bomstedet, da det lå højt oppe på fjeldet. Der var derfor hverken mulighed for at undersøge via det link, der stod på skiltet eller for at betale direkte. Det virkers som rent bondefangeri, hvor man helt bevidst ikke har mulighed for andet end at køre igennem og så sender de en bøde utallige måneder efter. Det er s*u ikke særligt turistvenligt 😕😕😕

I feel absolutely disgusted to read MR STUART HENDRY name on those letters; why not man enough to have a direct email or a phone???
STOP sending non-valid letters and chasing people for non-existing penalties. If you truly work with your eu counterparts better make the effort of checking properly the registration and bought vignettes tolls. What a waste of space in London.

Like many other reviews I do find this company frustrating, You try to provide as much evidence and documentation as possible but they just seem to ignore anything you send them,
You ask them for details, times, location and where the alleged offence took place but they cannot give you the answers, our case is for 2 euro toll but they require 13 pounds with admin fees, we won’t pay out of principle as we have done nothing wrong and can prove so, all I would say even though you feel angry just be calm play them at there own game

They will ignore correspondence that shows you have paid whatever charge them are claiming and run the clock down on you to force you to pay.

Got sent a charge for apparently not paying a vignette. The letter didn't show my registration clearly or was even dated so had to contact them to find out if it was my vehicle and when I had to pay by.

I sent EPC PLC proof that it had been paid (credit card statement and google maps timeline showing that I stopped at the first petrol station in Hungary where I paid it) and heard nothing back so I chased it up. According to them, they had received nothing from me. This happened three times. That seems very convenient to me. I've ended up paying the charge so it did not escalate. Unfortunately the time taken to challenge this in court would cost me more than the charge so even when I would have successfully won in court, I would still have been out of pocket. They will run the clock down on your to force you to pay. This is extortion!!!

Finally the administration costs worked out to almost the same as the fine. Everyone has access to Chat GTP these days. It does not cost £64.08 to translate a document from Hungarian into English. Its pure profit.

Le multe mi sono arrivate dopo oltre 60 giorni, quindi non ho avuto alcuna possibilità di pagare l’importo ridotto.
A causa della loro gestione mi sono trovato costretto a pagare 2 multe da 306€ ciascuna, per un totale di 612€.
Ho provato più volte a contattarli sia telefonicamente che via email, ma non risponde nessuno.
Nessuna assistenza, nessuna spiegazione.
Gente che non sa lavorare, sistema poco trasparente e totalmente a danno del cittadino.
Esperienza vergognosa.

Heel slecht! 6 maanden later krijgen wij opeens een brief met boete over een parking. We proberen te bellen en er is geen communicatie. Geen e-mail, geen klantenservice. Hoe kunnen wij met hun in contact komen??

Ich wurde vor einigen Wochen aufgefordert eine nicht gezahlt Maut plus eine unverhältnismäßig hohes Busgeld zu zahlen. Wenn ich sofort zahlen würde war der Betrag nur der halbe Busgeldbetrag. Diese Option habe ich gewählt und ging davon aus, das alles erledigt sei. Heut nun kam eine erneute Aufforderung. Unverschämt das ganze.

I live in Scotland.On 26/9/25 I was driving my car enroute from Scotland via Cairnryan to Belfast to Rosslaire to catch the ferry from Rosslare to Bilbao in Spain During the journey I passed via the M50 Dublin .I did not see any highly visible signs indicating I had to pay toll by 8pm the day after ie the 27th September.,also by this time I was on a ferry to Bilbao Spain. I did not return to my house in Scotland until 23rd December where I found 2 letters first a standard toll request second an unpaid toll notice . While I accept that I as liable to pay the toll charge of 3.8€ I find it totally unacceptable that I have been fined for ,in essence, not being at home but on holiday in Portugal,being unaware of the toll charge(I live in Scotland) and this is my first time on this motorway to try and navigate your complaints procedure and then receive a standard reply which included "Please note
that any further communication which does not contain new pertinent
information or evidence will not be entertained or replied to" I do have evidence by way of my passport being stamped on arrival and departure from Bilbao and ferry tickets . I await your response

An appalling company, tries to avoid its own rules so that you have to pay no matter what. They also charge an extortionate fee on top of the original fine.

0 star for EPC. Poor communication and customer service. I submitted my appeal on this matter, providing all relevant information and evidence, yet I have not received any acknowledgement or reply from your company. Despite this, I continue to receive further penalty charge letters, which is both stressful and unacceptable.

Why is there no communication? Nothing. A letter sent 6 months later with a 600 pound charge on it. Only to be told I’m responsible to see the road signs. YOU are responsible to notify people. If you want money out of our pockets, make it NOTICEABLE. Scam if anything. Bank of America and zero option for communication or contextual appeal. Nothing. Rediculous excuse for a company and obviously rely on scaring people with fines. Not even an email listed. I can’t afford the fines being thrown at me that I wasn’t even made aware of. Scam company picking on people who aren’t from down south. Disgusting

Für den gleichen Fehler müssen auf ungarischen Autobahnen EU-Bürger mit anderen Nationalitätszeichen doppelt zahlen. Für mich ist diese Benachteiligung inakzeptabel.
