Bought over £2000 worth of equipment at…

Bought over £2000 worth of equipment at the cleaning expo on 27th March and was assured that it would be on nxt day delivery but that we'd receive it by 1st April at the latest. Phoned on 1st April to be told that it was still in the warehouse and would be delivered nxt day. Still nothing. Have emailed, no response. Have phoned 5 times myself and hubby over 50 times with the same recording of 'very busy'. To keep redialing one after the other and still no response is more than likely ignoring the the phone rather than very busy. Really am so disappointed especially as at the cleaning expo the owner seemed so friendly and knowledgeable, and so reassuring that we'd receive the items within the time limit.
Update...so we finally received the equipment and low and behold the jetwash doesn't work! Tried for over 3hrs , it powered up once for a matter of seconds then cut out. We've tried absolutely everything we can think of. So not only did we lose 2 jobs because we didn't receive the equipment in time we've just lost another one as its now too late to hire a jetwash to complete it! Once again we were ringing and nobody answered 😡

Items not turned up and zero contact

Promised an item by a certain date when purchasing. The day came.. no item. I phoned them, turns out they don’t have any in stock and never did. No contact at all to let me know it wasn’t coming and even got an email a few days before saying it had been shipped and was ‘on the way’

Not the first time I’ve had items not turn up when using them. I would advise people to avoid them, especially if it things you actually need quickly for a job. There are plenty of more honest company’s out there you should stick too.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. You were promised an item by a specific date, and we didn’t meet that commitment — that’s on us.

At the time you placed your order, we were away from the warehouse exhibiting at the Cleaning Expo and were expecting the product to have been delivered in time for dispatch. Unfortunately, our supplier let us down at the last minute, which meant we then let customers down too. That’s not the standard we set for ourselves, and I completely understand your frustration.

The lack of contact only added to the problem, and for that I apologise. You should never have received an email saying your item was on the way when it wasn’t — that’s something I’m already addressing internally.

PRE ORDER LIES

Rang up for a pre order to check if id get the equipment id need for my job for the following week, and didnt recive my order called and spoke to one person the first time who was just rude then he put the phone down on me, the second time I rang they said they didnt know when they would even be reciveing the product and theres 200 of them on pre order why tell me id get it for my job when clearly they didnt know when they would be delivered, plus on my order it say dispatched with the date so clearly they are lying and taking money from people, really poor service and wont be using them again id rather spend my money with a company that cares and looks after its customers

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had. You were relying on this equipment for a job, and we didn’t deliver within the timeframe we originally advised — that’s something I take very seriously.

At the time you placed your pre‑order, we were expecting this product to arrive into our warehouse within the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, our supplier failed to deliver the stock when promised, which meant we then let customers down too. You were told you’d receive the item in time for your job based on the information we had at that moment — but that information turned out to be wrong, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

I’m also very sorry to hear about your experience on the phone. You should never feel spoken to rudely or dismissed. I will be addressing this internally. We’ve been dealing with extremely high call volumes recently — genuinely a case of putting the phone down and it ringing again immediately — but that does not excuse the way you felt treated.

The incorrect dispatch notification you received is also something I’m already working to prevent going forward.

I can see that your item has now been delivered, but I’d still really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly so I can put your mind at rest about our customer service standards and make sure everything is now fully sorted for you. Not good so far

Not good so far - placed order 26th on 24hr delivery. Nothing delivered as of 30th with no communication ! Really dissappointed with first order.
However, since then I received an apology which I accept fully as was beyond there control. I think a 1 star was little unfair and have calmed down since 😄

Thanks for your review, and I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had so far. I’ve checked your order and it was placed as a pre‑order, with stock due in last week. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by circumstances outside of our control, which meant we weren’t able to dispatch it on the usual 24‑hour service.

That said, we should have communicated the delay more clearly, and I apologise for the lack of updates — that’s on us.

Your order will be sent out the moment the stock arrives, but if you’d prefer not to wait, just let us know and we’ll arrange a full refund straight away.

Purchased telescopic washing pole to…

Purchased telescopic washing pole to clean my house external window frames, rendered area and roof soffits and fascia’s. If you are someone that enjoys DIY I would recommend this as I was quoted to wash down my house externally £1000!

Purchased this for £300 and use it every spring ,
Found the telescopic pole generally great to use and so handy for high level washing with brush on the end!get a bit of a struggle to use over 6 metres high but so handy for general use. Would recommend!

The inline filter I brought was a great…

The inline filter I brought was a great price, I live in an area with very hard water and wasn't expecting much. I was shocked at the results I cleaned my glass conservatory roof and all the house windows not a water mark to be seen. I can't express enough how good this product is I've brought another ready for a refill. The windows look professionally cleaned thank you for a game changing product.

Personally the worst experience I have…

Personally the worst experience I have had with a company.. I’m sure their products are great but their customer service needs a huge update. I will be pursuing a small claims court against them for failure to issue a refund on an item that was only 2/3 days old and was faulty. my fault Is that I think the machine is far to powerful for my home.. multiple plug sockets it has been plugged into and still continues to immediately blow fuses in the plug so I am unable to use it. This is dangerous and not usable. So I have asked to return it for a refund with the following response “ If the machine does not show the same fault on our end, we will return it back to you.” I have asked if they are refusing to refund me on the item with no response.. I have sent a further 4 emails explaining I would like to return it for a full refund and I am now being completely ignored. A week has now passed with no response which is so unprofessional. If you were to buy from this company and have any problems with your items or wish to return them because they are faulty you will not be successful. I suggest avoiding this company at all costs and buying elsewhere.
