Hi Allan — I’m very sorry you received the wrong items and for the frustrating email exchange about returns. I’m Jon Raven and I’m taking over this personally.
We sent an upgraded 900mm lance because the basic model was out of stock, and it was supplied with the correct couplings, but that does not excuse the confusion or the poor communication you’ve experienced. Please accept our sincere apologies.
I’ll sort this immediately — either an exchange, a full refund, or a partial refund if you wish to keep the upgraded lance. I’ll also arrange and pay for the return collection or provide a prepaid return label so you don’t have to chase this any further. Bought a dtlr pressure washer over a year ago had a few problems been back a few times for repairs
After a year and half they are sending a replacement out brand new
Can not fault this company really helpful and Lewis who dealt with me was so nice

Great products. used this company mutiterble times always fast at getting my equiment sent out fast delivery. I ordered the bronze cleaning package full exterior cleaning setup with the kiam 3700pr great machine hasnt let me down. Pressure washer is amazing very powerful
I bought the gorilla 3600psi it’s was delivered within 4 days
Had a breakdown on my second day using it phoned them up simple fix very helpful
Don’t be put off by the breakdown I was on it 9 hours straight only stopped to refuel 3 hours into my second day it lost power but I’ve been on it now for another 9 hours strait and all good
Would recommend this machine
