This is the second time I have purchased a property via Equity and I cannot recommend enough. The staff had a good knowledge of properties available on their books and due to this, my partner and I found our DREAM home. Darren then carried the sale through to completion and he was so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend and cannot thank the team enough for their support and assistance.

Outstanding Experience with Equity.
This move was my fifth in 30 years so I’ve met my share of estate agents! Without doubt, Darren Nelson from the Hertford Rd branch of Equity was the most skilled, compassionate and efficient agent I’ve ever encountered. From day one he made us a promise that he’d guide us through and iron out any problems and he kept that promise! Endlessly available no matter what the issue and incredibly patient with our anxieties. We honestly can’t thank him enough. To say that he went over and above the call of duty is an understatement. Exceptional.

Despite a rocky journey of selling our flat , the equity team did their utmost to support, communicate & negotiate for us enabling a long but successful sale of our flat .
I want to give a special mention to Alfie who pitched the sale to viewers well & a very special mention to Darren who really pushed this through for us . He kept us up to date & handled comms between all parties well. I felt supported by him & heard all the way through this lengthy process .
He was always available to speak ( some times even out of hours as we neared the end of the process ! ) and was quick to action anything .
