Am platit avans la un zbor cu cazare catre Geneva si inainte de achita partea a doua a platii am intrebat daca se poate schimba data excursiei pentru luna urmatoare, au zis ca da, si mi-au trimis un link de plata cu 'suma totala de plata' iar eu am achitat. Ulterior aflu ca mai aveam de achitat in continuare suma aferenta partii a doua a trazactiei, si ca ce am platit eu este defapt taxe suplimentare si penalitati ca am schimbat data!! Fara sa spuna clar ce inseamna. Am cerut anularea biletelor si returnare suma si imi cere plata totala (cu partea a doua de plata). Intre timp, eu am zis ca nu mai vreau sa achit nimic si ei imi trimit un link de plata MAI MARE CU INCA 200 DE EURO. deci sunt super golani si merita dati in judecata

During the Christmas and New Year period, all airlines and travel companies were charging outrageous prices—sometimes triple or more for the same round trip. But not Esky! They offered fair prices, in some cases less than half of what others were charging.

For example, Momondo listed the same trip for 4,500 DKK, but I booked through Esky for only 1,850 DKK. Unbelievable!

I am beyond satisfied—this is the best service ever. I totally recommend Esky to anyone looking for honest, affordable travel deals.

Very bad website interface. Allows for mistakes in autocomplete. Customer service not helpful. I will never buy tickets from here ever again.

Nu recomand. S-a scumpit prețul inițial cu 40% față de prețul inițial și am renunțat la achiziția biletelor de avion. Înțeleg ca trebuie să existe câștig și industria, dar tarifele depășesc limita bunului simț. Cu puțin studiu pe diferite platforme se pot găsi alternative. Recomand achiziția directă de la compania aeriană nu prin broker. O seară cu rezultate așteptate și fără a renunța la destinația dorită.

Scrie în asigurarea dacă cumperi ca îți rambursează bani în caz de anulare și cind dai sa anulezi scrie ca este nerambursabil. Mincinoși!

They canceled the reserved seats months in advance without announcing it, in fact I received an email that they were reserved and everything is ok, I found out that some of them were canceled while I was trying to check in. Worse, they only canceled some of the seats, leaving the children to stay away from their parents.

The price changed dramatically at the checkout step. They just try to lure you with low prices while searching, but at the final actual checkout step they increase it with a couple of hundreds euros

Later edit: as a reply to eSky’s comment, I understand that the airlines change the price very often. But I have refreshed and restarted the booking more than 4 times and the price was always the same, only at the very last step at checkout it got changed (increased dramatically)

Recomand tuturor celor care au avut probleme similare să facă sesizare la ANPC pentru a pune capăt acestui comportament neserios. Asemenea firme nu au ce căuta pe piață! Evitați eSky.ro
