Simply terrible and the customer support is very rude. I ordered a box (around 80 euros).The result was worse than with any other curler and when I asked the support for any explanation the only explanation I got was a legal language (we are all good, you can't do anything with us). No "we are sorry this happened to you", just you are dumb and we are all good. And the spray was defective. If anything is good about them (in my particular case) is the legal team, I really enjoyed their wording.

First off, I still have not received my package; however, I have been in communication with customer service because the shipper reported damage to the package during shipment, so it was being returned to the warehouse. Jemma, my customer service agent, went above and beyond to solve the problem, issue me new products, expedite the shipping and keep me informed through every step of the process. If the products are half as good as the customer service, they will be exceptional. I have no doubt I will be thrilled with the items. Thank you Jemma, for being a superior human and working so diligently to satisfy my requests. Management, give that girl a raise!!!

I had the bun bons as a birthday gift. The stitching around the press stud clasp is faulty and it has come loose. Customer service have failed to offer a replacement bun bon rod. These are useless if you can’t fasten them. Customer service have just stated that I am outside of the 90 day warranty period. They just sent me a Tik tok of a video showing someone using them without press studding them shut. The nature of the material means these just slide out if you can’t fasten them.

Extremely disappointing customer service and I’m left with a faulty product.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Eternal Muse.

I originally ordered two Zero Heat Sets, but when my package arrived, one of the product boxes was completely empty. I contacted customer care right away, provided the photos they requested, and explained exactly what I had received.

What has been especially frustrating is that some of the responses from customer care made me feel as though I had to prove or defend what happened. I was told that the products are pre-packed, checked by multiple warehouse staff, and that the shipment weight matched what they would expect for a complete order. At one point, I was also told that an empty product box “would not have left” their warehouse.

I understand that a company has to investigate a missing-item claim, but as a customer who was simply reporting what was not in the package when I opened it, the way this was communicated made me feel uncomfortable and almost as though I was being treated with suspicion. I had already provided the requested photos and was doing everything I could to cooperate.

That investigation has now been ongoing for more than two and half weeks without a resolution at this point.

Because I genuinely wanted the missing item and did not want to keep waiting, I placed and paid for a second order for the exact same product. Eternal Muse acknowledged this and told me they would make sure the new order was carefully packed. That order was marked as shipped on September 7, but more than a week later I still have not received it, and the tracking information does not provide a clear delivery date.

So at this point, I have paid for the same item twice and still do not have it!

Customer care has been mostly polite and professional on the surface, but not at all helpful in getting this resolved. unfortunately the overall experience has left me feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and disappointed rather than supported as a customer. I have been patient and cooperative throughout this process, and I really wish the focus had been more on resolving the issue rather than repeatedly emphasizing how unusual or unlikely my experience was.

I really wanted to like this company and its products, but this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in ordering from them again and I don’t recommend them as it feels like a scam.

Hands down these are some of the best Heatless curlers on the market. I should know, I’ve tried many for my long, unruly hair. I keep coming back to Eternal Muse for their softness and ability to maintain all day curls with their Heatless curlers. I can sleep in them and I shift from my side to my back all night. When I know I need curls to last, my choice is always Eternal Muse.

My secret to lasting curls? I mist my hair and either use a mousse or their Quintessence Spray. Perfect combination.

I started off absolutely years ago with the hair curlers. Bought them for so many friends and family as I couldn’t believe how soft and comfortable they were to sleep in. I’ve got one of every size.
The main reason why I cannot tell you how much I love them though is the hair care products! The new hair oil is the most incredible new product. The smell is absolutely gorgeous! A mix between baccarat rouge and caramel marshmallows is the best way to describe it. It smells so good people have asked what perfume I’m wearing. A little goes a very very long way. Only need the tiniest bit, so it will last ages!! It also looks so expensive on my bathroom side. The little ampules are my second favourite, the condition it leaves me hair in is insane. Like baby hair! Then there is the shampoo which a lot of my girls and even hairdresser is now using. It’s so handy with the foam pump in the shower and it lasts me 6 months each bottle! Honestly these products are game changers and I recommend them so much to so many people. I’m just hoping they bring out a kind of dry shampoo or hair perfume in the new hair oil scent! Please! That would be the icing on the cake!
Anyway! Get the whole set when you are buying, you won’t regret it!

Received my eternal muse package and it was beautiful the packaging is second to none. After receiving it I realised I’d ordered the wrong size, I sent an email within 2 hrs of receiving the parcel. I also bought the spray, comb and travel pouch so the full packag! Ready for my wedding!

I emailed explaining I had ordered the wrong size and would just like to exchange for an original not a jumbo. I returned the curlers at my own cost I was then told I had used the curlers as there was a scent on them… the curlers had not been used at all as they were not good for my hair! I then was told I had to either pay to have them returned or they would dispose of them? Sorry what? This was £34 just for the Curlers alone…. I then paid and receiving the curlers back only to find the package had never been opened I purposely tucked my order number in a piece of paper inside the curlers this has not been moved and they were sent back in my original packaging 🤦🏻‍♀️ wrapped the exact way I had to wrapped them.

The quality is good but the customer service is disappointing.

Will not be returning will change to Silkie London now.

I haven’t even used the curler yet and I already know it’s 5 stars. It came in some of the nicest packaging I have ever received. I am tempted to keep the box for storage, it is so beautiful and high quality (even has a strong magnetic closure). It had a note with who packed my parcel and a wax stamp enclosing the products! There small details made it such a great experience just opening the parcel. The products are the best quality heatless curlers I’ve ever felt, even the claw clip feels top tier. Genuinely can’t ask for more

Wonderful company and customer service is great. Products are brilliant and worth the money.

I love using Eternal Muse. I have purchased the bon-bons, midi, and mini heatless curls and the satin hair bonnet. My hair is easy to style in the morning and has never looked better or healthier. I will continue to recommend Eternal Muse to my friends and family if they wish for an easy way to style their hair.

Shipping is always a breeze. I had no issues ever receiving packages from EM, before and after the tariffs. And the products are such high quality. I feel so luxe when I use them. High quality and beautiful branding is the recipe to always get my support!

Stunning products, so pleased with my items. The box is beautiful but sadly it was slightly broken when it arrived.

Great products quick to dispatch

I don’t normally write reviews (who has the time?) but this product is amazing. As someone who has unruly hair, these are 💯 worth the hype. The curls really do stay and it is super soft to sleep in whether you are a side or back sleeper. Not an ad but I have purchased 5 pairs now and would not shop anywhere else. The spray locks in the curl and keeps your hair soft and manageable. Keep doing what your doing Eternal Muse.

I’ve ordered from Eternal Muse for years. Not once have I ever been disappointed with a product. Their customer service is second to none. I trust that new products aren’t released for the sake of it. The company has integrity that is hard to find these days. I will always trust them with my money.

Zero heat mini size is makkelijk te gebruiken en totaal geen last met slapen. Nu ik ook de quintessence gebruik blijven de krullen zelfs bij mij de hele dag, en soms wel twee dagen, heel goed zitten zonder ze te moeten ‘vastlijmen’ met allerlei haarsprays. De krullen zijn veerkrachtig en blijven nu ook lekker ‘bouncy’.
Dit alles is veel beter en gezonder voor mijn haar.
Ik heb de hair mist dan ook weer opnieuw gekocht.

I have been a long time customer since 2021 and haven’t used heat on my hair since then. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go and nobody believes that they’re heatless curls. I have every size (2 of the mini and midi sizes 🙈) and recommend to everyone!

Great products; I already have three different curlers. Beautiful design, packaging, and all in all, it felt like a premium experience.

Love the products, I have all heatless curlers, the mist, the bonnet, the comb and the pillow and omg I love them all!!! They arrive in such beautiful packaging! The curlers give the most beautiful curls. Would and have recommended to everyone!
