I ordered a Bellroy backpack from here as the colour I wanted was out of stock on their UK website. I paid for DHL Express delivery and was fine with the suggested delivery time which was around 10 days. I place my order on Thursday and received the backpack already on Tuesday evening! And even with the expensive delivery cost, the total price was lower than what I would have paid here in the UK with free shipping anyway, so I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Everything worked just as would like it to.
Checkout options are plenty, delivery was fast, product just as expected.

For my taste a few too many mails. But other than that nothing to add.

The person on the phone was very helpful, willing, and flexible. He helped us to obtain a gift pen in very short time period (after a different gift pen company failed to deliver in time). We are really grateful.

My husband ordered Waterman pen 7 days ago (July 4th), paid 16 euros for it to get to Croatia 3 days ago (July 8th) and it still hasn't arrived! We are deeply disappointed, don't be naive to trust those delivery dates, it's our warm advice!!

EDIT - ANSWER TO EXCLUSIVE PEN: I'm sorry I wish that what you're telling was true but the package was in ZAGREB yesterday (July 10th) and we live near SPLIT, it is now handled by "Hrvatska pošta", not DHL anymore and we will be happy if it arrives on Monday (IF!). It is a present and it is not useful if it comes too late that is why I am so angry, and because we paid you 16€.
Btw not sure how could you even track my package since it was my husband who made the order and you don't even know his name?! Weird

Very disappointing experience. I placed my order on 5 June, and after more than 20 days, I still have not received it. Customer service kept saying the item would be shipped soon, but there were repeated delays and no clear delivery date. This was far below my expectations, and I hope they improve their order processing and communication with customers.

Due to my inexperience, I wanted the engraving in the wrong place, but they ended up putting it in a much better spot. I'm very grateful for that. They clearly know their craft, and the delivery was fast.
