Krásne gravírovanie

Although I'm giving it 5 stars, I have one complaint: You need to improve your delivery time.

Veľká spokojnosť, prispôsobia sa potrebám zákazníka, sú milí a ústretoví. Odporúčam.

Excellent service, quick response. High quality, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Namiki Chinese Pheasant, an incredible pen, a japanese masterpiece I had to find, delivered by ExclusivePen.eu very smoothly, securely and very fast. The company delivers very fine writing instruments for people knowing what to buy. Highly recommended company.

Excellent service

Quick, very safely packed and perfect product! I am super happy about my order!

No problems, item arrived in time!

I bought some pens and they arrived as the date was specified to Mexico. The support team reach out immediately to request some information needed for the shipment due to country requirements and communication went smoothly. Products came all in good shape.
One opportunity is the packaging where the products came in, since it was in very bad state and thankfully non of the products got damage.
I would definitely purchase again through the website. Thank you!

Pán Šuhaj je veľmi milý a ústretový človek. Veľmi mi pomohol, som mu za to vďačná.

Otroligt serviceminded. Ringde upp mig kvällstid och hjälpte mig beställa en vara jag inte kunde få tag i i Sverige. Snabb leverans. Supernöjd!

Its rare I go through the effort of writing a review, but the service was so far above and beyond that i feel compelled to. I had spent a long time looking for the right pen and it was impossible to find a company that had it and that would reply in a timely fashion. Not only did ExclusivePen do that, but they were able to engrave it, work with me to send it to a gift recipient in a way that they didnt see the invoice and all of this done in next to no time. The package arrived so quickly, the quality of the engraving was brilliant and dealing with the company and Andrej was beyond a pleasure.

The professional, friendly and approachable nature of Andrej was the only reason this gift was delivered on time and exactly how I envisioned. My only regret is that i cant give more than 5 stars!

Ocenujem profesionalny pristup k zakaznikovi. Pochopenie potrieb a nenutenie do niecoho co nesplna moje poziadavky. Prehladny web a rychle dodanie. Celkova komunikacia bola velmi prijemna. S produktom som tiez velmi spokojna.

Ďakujem, som spokojná s tovarom aj rýchlosťou vybavenia
