Never ever use this company. We gave them a week’s notice of a change in vehicle we were parking. The collector had no idea of this and we spent time trying to raise the collector who was looking out for the previous registration. After the holiday they took an hour to arrive despite plenty of warning and a number of calls. It was then found that hundreds of pounds of damage had been done to the vehicle with scratches across the car.

I’ll admit I was nervous leaving my Audi TT here. There are some mixed reviews around, but I’m pleased to say my experience was genuinely excellent. The service was fantastic from start to finish and I have already booked my parking again for eight weeks over the summer.
Communication has been brilliant too. They have always picked up the phone and answered on WhatsApp promptly and answered my questions without any fuss, which really puts your mind at ease, when your car is sitting at an airport.
On collection, I did wait around an hour, though this was entirely due to my Lufthansa flight being cancelled and me being rebooked onto a much later evening departure. Therefore, it was hardly the company’s fault. What impressed me was that they did not charge a penny extra for the extended time. That kind of goodwill goes a long way.
I park at Heathrow regularly and I am hoping to build an ongoing relationship with Express Heathrow Parking, when you find somewhere you can trust with your car, you stick with it. Thanks to the whole team.

Very poor and unprofessional service. The driver who collected the car was late, rude, and did not provide any identification, which is completely unacceptable when handing over a vehicle.

On return, the experience was even worse. I called multiple times after landing and informed them I was travelling with a three-month-old baby. I was told to call again after collecting luggage, which I did. Each time, I was told the car was “10–15 minutes away.” This was repeated for nearly 1.5 hours. Eventually, they stopped answering calls altogether.

When the car finally arrived, it was dirty. The driver did not wait for me to inspect the vehicle and left immediately, which was very suspicious behaviour.

Fortunately, I did not find any visible damage, but the entire experience was stressful and misleading. I would not trust this company again.

It took 2hours from calling them that I had landed to my car was ready for collection.

Do not use this company. Express Parking Heathrow hide behind booking agents and comparison websites. Do not be caught out. My car was returned very dirty and so I did not see the scratches on the rear dumper which is going to cost £500 to repair. The company is saying that as I did not take photos of the car at the terminal before and after drop off / return and report the scratches at the time the car was returned they are not liable. The company is not honest and relies on totally unreasonable terms and conditions.

If I could give NO stars I would!

DO NOT use these clowns! Car taken away and on being returned has a chunk taken out the tyre, and now a flat!! The guy that returned the car ran off (twice) when I confronted him. £300 later and 3 hoirs after landing, im waiting at Heathrow for a repair. The 'owner' Sunni is denying any accountability, with a firm go **** yourself thrown in from him too.

I rang 30 mins before arriving but still had to wait a further 35 minutes when we got to airport. Person answering phone had such a strong accent it was very difficult to understand them. I asked if I should pay the parking ticket yet and they said to wait so it ended up costing me £12.50 instead of £8.
On returning to airport I'm glad I rang as soon as I disembarked the plane because it took 45 mins for my car to be returned. I booked them because they were cheap but you clearly get what you pay for.....
The 4.6 rating on 'Compare Parking Prices' does not align with Trustpilot reviews. Next time I'll check reviews more thoroughly!

Avoid - ended up calling 101 (non-emergency police) to report the company. They were 1 hour late picking up our car for drop off. Upon returning they were 2.5 hours late. When we called and asked politely for an idea of how long it would take they basically said it could be any time, even 3-5 hours. They shouted at us over the phone, they swore at my partner, they said it was our fault we had returned late (our flight was delayed - we called up and explained, gave new flight information, said when we would arrive and they said it was fine and the car would be ready), they refused to give us the location of the compound after we asked to take a taxi to pick up the car (google suggests they park your car on the street), they said they were refusing to tell me where my car was, they said if I called again they wouldn’t give my car back, car was returned in a filthy state. Totally disgusting language and customer service, and zero apology offered. Only use if you want to ruin your holiday.

Arrived in T3 and asked to go to T5 due to traffic. I have now been waiting 110 minutes and in T5 with no sign of a driver. It was equally as bad on drop off. No one is answering the phone. I feel completely abandoned. The lady next to me is in tears having waited 2h so far!

Awful service. When we returned we were told to change terminal because it would be quicker but having spent 30 mins changing terminals, we still had to wait 2 hours for the driver to turn up with our car. No updates or explanation and every time we called we were just told it was on it’s it’s way.

Dreadful company.
They come up fairly cheap in terms of other companies so decided to go with them. What they don’t tell you is that you need to pay the car parking to get in and out of the short stay car parking so that’s another £16 added to the bill

The guy who collected the car and returned it had zero customer services skills. Rude and ignorant.

My car was returned in disgusting state. Covered in bird mess and dirt.

On drop-off before holiday they were 45 mins late, we left our car on 80% charge (full electric).
Got back from holiday and had a call that our car wasn’t starting. An hour and a half later we begged them to take us back to our car - it was abandoned on the side of the road with 0% charge. He then left us with no help as he had ‘5 other drop offs to do’ Absolutely shocking. This happened at 07:30am and at 18:15pm we are still awaiting recovery at the roadside. VW tech advised that both batteries have been completely drained and he has no idea how they managed to do this. DO NOT USE!!
I walked to their car park from where they abandoned our car and they operate 3/4 other companies from there, manager ‘on holiday’ and all people were ‘only drivers’ so no one could help. No sympathy, offers to help or apology.

Do not use this company! It's quicker to use Park and Ride, they are so unprofessional. This is not a Meet and Greet. We waited 25 minutes for someone to meet us when we departed, and 55 minutes when we returned. The driver practically threw the key in my hand upon return, without a word. Not what you're looking for after 14 hours of flying! Other companies include the parking price in the total cost - it is not made clear upon booking that this isn't included, so be prepared to add £16 to cost of the booking.

I called the parking company 38 minutes before arriving at Heathrow, the driver still took an extra 20 minutes to arrive when I got to Heathrow Terminal 2.

I called multiple times for them to collect the car and sadly, and no disrespect, they were unable to speak English to a level that was acceptable when providing a service like this.

The company boasts 'Secure Car Parks and CCTV for complete security'.

My Car has GPS and cameras.

My car was moved 3 times in the 4 days they had the vehicle. It was moved to a pub car park and a random, off street car park on an unknown road, no CCTV. They boast on there website they use 'Park Mark Awarded car parks' - Park Mark lists all of there Approved Car Parks on there website and this was not one of them. It was quite literally a car park for a pub.

On arrival, I made 13 calls to the company before they eventually picked up. Again, I was greeted by someone who was sadly unable to understand me. It took over an hour for them to get my car to me. In this time, they lied a number of times that they were on the way - they were not - I was tracking the car...

Would not recommend at all. Awful.

I foolishly booked via compareyourparkingdeals.com and according to their site Express Parking Heathrow showed as 4.6 stars. It was the cheapest and I should have known why.

I called 30 mins before to let them know of my arrival yet I had to call again and wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive.

The man spoke very little English, had no ID and only had a photo of my booking on his phone. No receipt for my key was provided.

I had to pay the £8 parking fee which was not clear in the booking. I had to pay this on collection too.

I called as soon as I landed as I soon read the reviews saying how shocking their experience was.

I called 12 times before someone finally picked up. I was informed it would be 30 minutes. Someone called me just before 30 minutes and immediately put the call down. This was clearly a prompt so I called back. Not professional!

My car was fine on return but the whole experience was very unprofessional and did not give me any reassurance.

DO Not Use these! Rude, late, car scratched, was parked god knows where on the street rather than secure parking! When called& emailed to complain I was first ignored, then told the case is closed and then sworn at and hung up on. There are multiple reports to police about this company! Be very careful!

Very poor service - would not recommend! On arrival, called ahead as requested and waited over 35mins for them to collect car, nearly missing the flight and causing great stress.

On return, arrived earlier than planned but no attempt to get car back to us within any reasonable timescale. Ended up getting a cab to our car to collect, but weren’t even given the correct address information to do so! Disastrous all round! I’d avoid ever using them again!

We just spent TWO HOURS waiting to get our car after landing in Heathrow. And told to move terminals which later the guy admitted was a lie to make it more convenient for him.
This is appalling behaviour and completely against the point of the drop and collect service.
I travel regularly and used a number of these and this is by far the worst experience.

The one star is only because I can't give it zero. This is an absolutely awful company. I reached these people through a cost comparison website and alas didn't do enough research before leaving my car at their mercy. A mistake that I will never repeat. First off, the price does not include the £8 each way (£16 total) to get the car in and out of Terminal 2 car park. I rang the company 30 minutes before arriving as required by the Company but had to wait a lot more before the driver showed up just inside the 30 minute parking time that you get for the £8.00 at the car park. Else the parking charge is £12.00. Then the very rude driver, took the car and drove at very unreasonable speed inside the carpark to take it away with the tyres screeching. On my return, the story was the same with another very very rude driver. The car itself was in a dreadful filthy condition. Don't know how, they had managed to get that much pigeon sh1t on the car with dried leaves and dirt literally stuffed in every available gap on the car but the car had obviously been dumped in a field somewhere. There was also mud and filth on the inside of the car on both driver and passenger sides. I had to spend £20.00 to get the car valeted once I recovered it from these awful people. Really would not recommend this company at the peril of getting my car damaged and abused.

Overall, a fair experience. It wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either. Just average service with minor delays.
