I used Express Parking Heathrow recently. The parking itself was fine and the staff were polite, but the pickup process could be quicker. It wasn’t bad, just not as smooth as I expected.

Absolutely disgusting service, very poor communications, hangs up and doesn’t answer phone, left waiting for over and hour in the freezing cold, then a driver calls and says he’s just collected car and still no communication from the office. Save your money and avoid this company.
Express parking = nothing express about it

I would never use this company again. We had to wait for half an hour when dropping off and for 50 minutes when arriving back.

Not only that but on both occasions we had to pay £8 for parking the car due to the company's inefficiency.

Have just arrived back from a very long flight, to be shouted at by a very rude man on phone. I had to ask him a couple of times which carpark to collect car, as he spoke very fast and I could not understand him. When I asked him to slow down he really raised his voice aggressively. The drop off was not any better, after waiting 40mins for the person to meet us , he did not speak just handed us a piece of paper with telephone number on. We have been told it is going to be a 30mins to collect our car, pretty sure it will be longer. Will never use this company again. Just back from America, where customer service is fantastic, pity it's not the same here.

Did not turn up for over 2hours the worst company ever do not use them you will be.very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this company minus stars, I would.

I landed at 4:50pm and called at 5:03pm as instructed. I was told to wait 30 minutes. What followed was four additional phone calls and a total wait time of an hour and a half before my car finally arrived with no apology and no explanation.

The so called “manager” I spoke to was beyond rude. He provided no ETA, offered no reassurance that my car was even on its way, and repeatedly contradicted himself on calls. At one point, his response to my concerns was simply: “Call the police.”

That level of unprofessionalism is staggering.

This company advertises “express” service yet my flight was quicker than the time it took them to deliver the vehicle. There was zero customer care, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for paying customers.

I strongly advise anyone considering this service to think twice. The stress, delay, and unacceptable attitude are simply not worth it.

Absolute amateur service… rude, unprofessional, unreliable! No one answered phone on return to uk, car was an hour late… lied too.. avoid at all costs. Driver was very rude and zero customer service… these guys do not care they just want money.

Awful company, no one there when you drop the car off, and then waiting two hours to get the car back.
Terrible customer service, blamed me because I was late back, even though they had my flight details, and I was coming via Dubai. Do they not watch the news?

Very rude and abrupt on the phone would never use them again when we return our vehicle to us they found with a phone call and cut the phone off within one second expecting us to call back which we had to do but I don’t think that’s good ethics when you’re trying to build up a company just to save money on a phone call didn’t bother me to call him back cause I want my Carbutt would never use them again and we we go in August but we won’t be using this company. Thank you very much bye.

Awful experience. Left waiting for 40 mins at 4am for drop off and over an hour to get the car back at pick up. We followed all the instructions, updated them when we were half an hour away etc. When we called to chase for an update he shouted down the phone at us and said he didn't care! Do not use!

Avoid!
My husband booked this company and have arrived bk to UK today to see that our car has been damaged!! We didn't have a chance to report in person at the time because driver parked the car further away in car park handed us the keys then disappeared!! Email has been sent to said company but please avoid the heartache and hassle People and find another company.
I LL be informing watchdog, citizens advice and my good friend Joe lycett if express parking Heathrow ltd fail to respond.

Total shambles. Waited one hour at drop off after making call and 1.5 hours at pick up. This is not a proper parking company just a couple of cowboys trying to make money parking cars at their house a long way from the airport. Don’t use them under any circumstances

Dropped off the car , was collected no problems. On return however , was told they couldn’t open the car ( that i had explicitly told them not to lock as it was supposedly in a locked compound) we had to get a £43 taxi to their address where we found our car parked on a residential street across the road from a rank of shops. No sign of any “compound “ locked or otherwise, they had just taken our money and parked it on the street for a month. Absolute conmen . Trading standards have been informed. Do not use these crooks!

If I could give zero stars I would. From start to finish the service was terrible, the staff are rude. They take ages to turn up. We dropped our car off at 6 as agreed and had to wait ages for them to arrive, paid the ticket you have to do and went off for our break. Come back and the company take ages to return our car, then can not get in the car park so we have to go hunting around to find our car outside. Within a few days of getting home we receive a fine because they left our car in there till 10 instead of removing immediately. You complain to get your money back and get nothing but ignored by the company. Do not use this company even if you think you have found a great deal as it comes at a stressful cost

Info says to phone 30 minutes beforehand. Tried to call for 25 mins but kept getting “busy line”. Eventually got through to inform of our arrival but we still had to wait another 10-15 minutes for a driver to pick up the car.

On return we phoned as required on arrival at baggage claim and waited 45 minutes before the driver arrived with the car!!

To top it all off they went through our car storage to find a charging cable, left the others in the front seat and then took/ate our unopened bags of sweets that we’d kept for a long drive home on return!!

As with others remember you’ll have to pay £16 parking ticket fees (£8 drop off and return).

Don’t use them - completely unprofessional.

I have received an absolutely rubbish service from Express Parking Ltd. I will not recommend to anyone, to use them. I parked 2 cars with them, they made me wait almost 2 hours at the terminal to drop my car back to me at my arrival. When they dropped the cars, both cars were damaged and dented. Their drivers had no decency to even wait for us, they left the keys on the tyre and left. I spoke to the manager Sunny who assured me that they will pay for the damages and we agreed on £1200 for both cars. I was promised to be paid by 10th February 2026 and today is 26th February 2026 and I have not received any payment. They are now not answering calls and not replying to emails. I am pursuing legal advice against them and do not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT USE!!!!

Delays in delivery of my car to Heathrow after our return from long haul flight. Poor communication. Rude unprofessional staff. Received no apology and no reply when I filed a complaint using their complaint procedure.

Terrible service had to wait ages for both pick up and drop off. Main number never picked up. It’s lucky we didn’t miss our flight. Do not use this meet and greet
