I would never use them again. They take zero responsibility for their awful service.

We booked them via the Compare Parking Prices comparison website. We phoned them 30 minutes before arrival at Heathrow Terminal 5 as instructed. We then had to wait over 40 minutes in the cold at the car park for their driver to arrive.

We kept phoning and each time we were told the driver was a few minutes away. We were told to go to check in and come back which we refused. At one point we were told to leave the key on the front wheel which we also refused.

Once we had gone through airport security we managed to find these reviews. Someone had their car stolen, someone had it damaged, various people had parking fines, someone with a tracker found their car was left on public roads. This caused us a great deal of stress during our holiday wondering if we would get our car back.

We were relieved to get our car back reasonably quickly when we got back to Heathrow. However, we realised that they had disconnected the dashcam so we don't know where it was parked during our week away.

We also had to pay the £8 car park ticket upon arrival and departure which wasn't clearly stated.

In future we will book direct either with the airport itself or one of the reputable parking companies.

Upon returning to Heathrow the company repeated lied to us about the delay in returning our car. They said that it was caught up in traffic but upon receiving a parking fine it turned out it had been parked for an hour nearby at the Holiday Inn. I had to pay a fine of £60. I tried to contact the company to get this refunded but they didn’t respond. I have used this company a couple of times before so it is a shame that their customer service has deteriorated. I won’t be using them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They couldn’t be less helpful if they tried plus you get multiple extra payments that they don’t tell you about and won’t give you your car back until they are paid.

Our flight changed on the way back due to the current situation in the Middle East so we contacted them three days prior to make them aware of this and then when arriving back they charged an extra £20 there and then for us to get our car returned. Also you have to pay for additional parking at the machine on arrival and departure.

To make things worse everyone you speak to is extremely rude.

Avoid using this company!

I arrived home from my holiday to a parking charge as they had parked my car in a hotel car park while I was away.
Communication was terrible, arrived back to Heathrow after a long flight with 2 small children and had to wait over an hour for my car. They kept saying it was on its way, I tried calling after an hour and they cancelled my calls or hung up if I got through. Awful service, I saw the company was 5* on the website I booked through but wish I had checked properly and seen these reviews!
I doubt I will hear back from them regarding my complaint and the parking charge.

The drop-off process was smooth, but the return experience wasn’t great. My flight was delayed by about an hour, which I assumed they would track since flight details are provided during booking. I called after landing and everything seemed fine at first, but they couldn’t clearly guide me on where to go. In the end, I waited over an hour for the car, which felt too long even with a delay. They should be better prepared for slight changes in timing.

The service was manageable and everything worked out in the end. The staff were fine, but the overall process felt a bit slow and could be better organized. Not a bad experience, just average.

late to collect car, disaster on return and to top it off a parking fine once I was home for illegally parked car. Dont touch them with a barge pole - rip off artisits.

We booked express parking at Heathrow to park my car during our holiday 28 Feb to 15 mar 26.
When we returned from our holiday of a life time after a long night flight we went to terminal 3 . 4th floor car park to collect my car and drive home
The nightmare began ......
We rang the number as we were told while we were collecting our bags and made our way to the collection point. No car to be seen!!!
After several calls to express we were told the car had a flat battery! This lie went on for nearly 2 hours!!!!!

When we finally got hold of the 'manager' and after a very distraught /heated conversation he eventually gave me his name as Huroj or Harij Sing
He continued to lie to me saying the battery was dead! And it was only when I asked them to tell me where my car was so I could get a taxi there and get the AA to recover it home he told me they could not find my car .
I could not believe what I was hearing!!!
He had no interest in what had happened to my car and casually told me I should report it stolen!!!!!!

After some persuasion he told me the car was taken off site to a compound at the holiday inn hotel at Heathrow .

We immediately caught a taxi to the Holiday inn to look for my car it was not there!
I have reported this to the police.

I got stuck in traffic and called about 15 minutes before arriving instead of the required 30 minutes. The person on the phone was quite rude and kept arguing, and I had to wait almost an hour for the driver, which nearly made me miss my flight. The return process was much smoother, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Not sure if I would use them again.

Express Parking made airport parking really simple and convenient. The website was easy to use, and I quickly found a parking option that suited my needs and budget.

We used this lot to park over christmas 2025. The car was returned damaged( new passenger front door needed £4000) All we got from this lot was stupid questions and prevarication. DON'T USE THEM.

I recently used Express Parking Heathrow and the experience was fairly average. The parking process was simple and the location is convenient for Heathrow travelers. However, the pickup took a little longer than expected Overall, it’s an okay service, but there is alot of things to do for improvement.

I wish read the reviews before booking it! All the reviews are true and we had exactly same or worse experience. Under no circumstance book with this company. They are rude, no communication, long waiting time (drop-off and pick up), hidden costs 8quid on arrival and 8quid when leaving. My car smelled of clutch on collection and I have a feeling that they did a few joyride!!! While waiting we were harassed by the competitors and pushing to switch to them. We nearly missed our flight out!

Travel date 23/02/2026 Contacted number provided at 9.20am (30mins as suggested) before arrival at Terminal 2 meet and greet area. Driver arrived 10.40am 1hour and 20mins later. Passed Driver key and made our way to departures. Answered a call 10mins later from driver stating he could not get the car out of the carpark until £18.00 had been paid at the barrier and that I needed to walk to the barrier to pay it. Totally unprofessional and not what you want when leaving to relax on a holiday.
Pick up went ok (within 30mins) but will not use again.

Good experience ever with this website, always go with their service recommended!

Had to wait 40 minutes for them to collect car and on return I was a day late (Dubai) and was told they would not bring me my car till I showed them proof that I’d paid the late and to round it all off my track on my car shows me it had been parked up in a public car park in colnbrook.
