I am still stunned by their customer service. My order was actually handled by the CEO(Time) himself and it shows their dedication to customer as a business. 5 stars by me.

Their staff is highly informative and makes you feel like at home. The best part is they keep a consultative approach rather than strictly selling you stuff, which is a rare quality to find!

I purchased a watch through their website, and Kenza was assigned as my "timepiece specialist." Upon receiving the watch, which was supposed to be brand new, I noticed immediately that the watch had a misaligned bezel, there were many scratches on some of the polished surfaces, and protective stickers were missing. Clearly, this was not a brand new watch without defects. I took photos and sent them over to Exquisite Timepieces so that I could initiate a return. There was no response until a few days later, when I received a passive aggressive response about the watch definitely being brand new and straight from the factory when they sent it to me. After emailing them to state the contrary yet again, I finally got a return form to fill out. Now the watch is back with them. Upon receipt, I received a few unprofessional emails from Kenza, and no further word from their returns department. I can only hope I receive my refund soon, or I will be opening a dispute with my credit card company.

Recently purchased a pre-owned rolex from their online store and I'm loving it! Jon, the sales rep I dealt with, knew his stuff and was real pro. The watch is downright gorgeous! Huge thanks for the awesome watch and stellar customer service, folks!

She promptly checked the watch was available and gave me a call just a few minutes later to confirm that it would be delivered on time. I was interested in slightly Pre-Owned unloved mid tier Seiko. I was informed that the model I wanted was already sold. Kenza underpromised over delivered on new stock at very reasonable price. Quick and painless shopping. I am really surprised how much of a range in products they sell from low end to higher end brands they sell. Could this be your one stop shopping place. Good thing I found out about this place on YouTube. I think I found a new source for my eclectic taste in watches. I think I will have to visit this place when I make it out to east coast!

I just received a pre-owned Hublot I ordered via their website. The order process and communication were a breeze! I can't speak highly enough of Evan who kept me in the loop throughout the process. Got a great deal and the watch is in mint condition

I have bought 2 Zodiac watches from them. 1st one no issues. 2nd one does not hold the power reserve. Right after I got it and noticed the issue I reached out to the company and my "personal rep" who tells me in every email that the "greatest compliment he can receive are referrals". Wish he was as motivated to help me get the watch repaired as he was to get me to provide referrals. Not even close. Nothing but empty promises from him and the CEO of the company regarding communications. Being told "he'll contact you by end of today" - never happened. "I'll get back to you very soon" - never gets back to me. After weeks of trying to get some type of assistance with the repair I was finally sent the information. The information includes the fact that, even though the watch is brand new and just received, I am supposed to pay the shipping to get it repaired. Thanks anyway but I have enough other choices of watch dealers who actually care about their customers, keep their promises, and stand behind their products.

Bought one returned it told me I was flagged and Jenya said any watch I purchased had to be paid in advance no returns allowed/ Terrible customer service Bought 4 other watches totaling 20K form another AD and was thrilled. I purchased a Nivada Grenchen watch a few days ago and received it today. The watch is exactly what I expected. Stefano the sales associate was accommodating in providing me with the information I requested. Once I paid, he ensured that the watch was shipped to me right away. I am not sure that I would buy a used watch without seeing it in person, but I would buy a new one from them again.

Purchased an inexpensive watch, $1200. to use for biking, swimming, hiking, camping this summer. Out of the box it would not wind. After speaking with Exquisite Timepieces they said they could send it in for repair, 9-13 weeks. I was thinking maybe a quick replacement would be possible, but no out of the question. After sale service less good than Walmart
