Exquisite was advertising a used watch (retail $1600) with a scratched bezel for $800. I emailed asking for better pictures but got no response even though automated message says you will be contacted within 24hrs. They did raise the price from $800->`$1600 within 24hrs though... retail price for a used, scratched watch!?

I had a great experience with Exquisite Timepieces of Naples. As I usually prefer to purchase from a local retailer, it was a new experience trying to find the watch I wanted at a great price without being ripped off. After a long search, I came across the Omega, Seamaster Planet Ocean 600 m chronograph I wanted on their website and at a great price. I worked with Joseph and he was patient with my many questions, sent additional photos and followed up promptly. After some thinking, I decided to take the chance and purchase the watch. I couldn't be happier the watch came to me within a couple of days, and it looked like a brand new watch...beautiful! The original box and papers were. I've already started to look for my next watch, and Exquisite Timepieces will be my go to place to find it.

I purchased a watch a few months back and was not happy once I received it. I contacted my sales advisor to inquire about an exchange/return but was told that the Company does not accept returns. According to the website there is a 7 day return window but was told otherwise. Buyer beware, please do your research before purchasing any watches from this Company. Shame on me for not looking into this store before buying a watch from them. BTW, my watch does not keep accurate time at all. I am now stuck with and paying for an item that I am not happy with.

Contacted ET multiple times regarding a trade/purchase. Never got any help. All they could do is request the same info that I had previously supplied three times. As a long term customer, I was disappointed, to say the least. Sent a letter to one of the owners. No response. I shall not be shopping/ trading with them again and will advise others of the disappointing experience I had.

Top notch customer service. Robin was very knowledgeable, considerate, and helpful. Professional and tidy website with a vast selection of luxury watches. They also sell pre-owned watches at reduced prices. The watch arrived in perfect condition. I am very happy with this watch purchase.

When you are ready to graduate from Rolex, this brick & mortar watch store, with a large internet following, is for you. They are not some shady “gray” dealer that has NO INVENTORY and has to call around to get a watch. They are an authorized retailer of some of the most respected and well known watch brands in the industry and some new, revolutionary brands as well. If they don’t have it, they will order it straight from the manufacturer. I just bought a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Quantieme Complet new, with a full manufacturer’s warranty at a great price. Trade ins are welcome and are very fair. So if you are ready to leave the waiting list and poor customer service of certain Rolex AD’s and their complicit secondary dealers, give these guys a call. Be ready to buy swatch and be treated with respect and great customer service.
