Useless and cheapest service, i went to Al murabba branch for shopping 2 days ago around 10 pm tonight. And there was no one in the basement to assist the customers, all staff were on the ground floor and were busy in flirting with the cashier lady. So i recommend you all don't go there to waste your time.

Would give minus rating for this company. I purchased a mattress online in their website on 21st May '17 and made the payment online. For 12 days there was not mattress. I kept calling them. Nobody picked up. Kept emailing them. There was no reply. Finally on the 12th day ie 11th June they replied saying we will deliver it in 2 weeks.
In 12th June I receive a mail saying order is cancelled due to lack of raw material and we will refund money in 7 days. (Then y do u sell products which are not available.)
There after kept writing to them but till now no refund. Today is 11th July '17 In between they sent a mail that money is already refunded. But there was no refund. They are forcing me to go to the consumer court. It's been a long n patient wait.
ITS A HOAX COMPANY. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY DO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. FRAUD COMPANY.

I had to buy a mattress from fabmart.com and I had been trying to get in touch with them on the phone numbers provided on their website and social handles but was unable to reach them. When the pre sales service is so poor, how can we expect a good after sales service!

I purchased 5k worth gift card ., It was a wrong purchase supposed to be done for fabindia.

On request to refund customer care did not bother to respond. Pleople pick the call same time they disconnect..

My relative had to buy some stuff from website.. after purchase they are saying item not available in stock . card expired.. What happened to money?. No one bothered.. no response ..

Be careful. it is not worth buying from this place. Looks like all good reviews are bogus
