Disappointing Performance – Not Worth the Investment

I purchased three Westin diffuser systems hoping to recreate the luxurious hotel scent experience in my 3,000 sq ft home. Unfortunately, they’ve been a major letdown. Even with all three units set to the highest intensity, the scent is barely noticeable—guests and family members often can’t tell they’re on at all.

What is noticeable, however, is how loud the machines are when running on high. For a product designed to enhance ambiance, the noise is a major drawback. While I genuinely love the Westin scent itself, the performance of these diffusers just doesn’t justify the price.

For the cost, I expected much better scent coverage and quieter operation. Sadly, these have been a waste of money for me. I won’t be repurchasing.

Will never buy from Westin store

Ordered pillows from Westin Store for a birthday gift. Received the wrong size pillows. Now I have to physically go to FedEx to ship back the pillows that are wrong size. I am going through cancer treatment. The reason I ordered online and paid for shipping so that I don’t have to go anywhere. I asked if Westin can arrange a pick up and they said no. My friend that I bought pillows for was going to buy a bed from them. He is better off shopping elsewhere.

Returned for refund December 24th, a month later no refund and getting run around by customer service ´very poor reflection of Westin brand

By far the worst bed I have ever slept…

By far the worst bed I have ever slept in. It is causing me so much back pain. It is more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Bed is nice for about 10 seconds. Then it becomes super lumpy, I would never ever buy another Westin Bed/ Heavenly bed. I returned the bed and they gave me a new one saying it was probably just that one bed… no first night on the replacement bed the lumpiness happened. I am not heavy at all and I have a divot spot where I slept the first night. This bed has caused so much back pain and actual headaches. I just wish I could get my money back so I can just buy a different bed from another company. I don’t want a replacement at this point. Unfortunately there is no reviews on their actual website to post your opinion which seems shady.

Should have read the reviews. Can only second all that's been said. The delivery took back what couldn't be delivered. When I tried to replace it, I was told to pay the same price over again but "they'd waived the restock" fee. Yet they hadn't credited me for the original purchase that was returned (unused, had only been off the truck for 15 minutes). The associate wouldn't pass me to a manager and refused to e-mail me confirmation that they wouldn't try to charge me regardless, instead telling me that he'd added it "to the file." Bottom line - I was charged for something that I never received.

Have submitted to the Better Business Bureau. Do not deal with this company.

We purchased a heated hoody sweatshirt. My girlfriend used it for less than 30 days and it stopped working. I contacted the company and because it was less than 30 days they replaced it. She used the replacement for 3 or 4 times and IT also stopped working. They refuse to do anything about it. My girlfriend is in her 50’s and is not hard on clothing, just ordinary wear. They said it is past 30 and are not willing to replace or refund. We paid $150 for the heated sweatshirt. If we wanted just a sweatshirt we could have bought one for 1/3 the cost. Don’t buy from this company. Buy from a company that gives you more than 30 days to try and test the garment. Use Amazon. They have a great return policy. Very very disappointed in this company and their product

Don’t do it!,,,,

From Customer Service to shipping this was a disaster! Waited almost 2 months to FINALLY get bed delivered. Was told repeatedly by Westin Stores customer service that it was “out of their control,” “I will get back to you,” “your bonus points will be deposited within 7-10 days” ….LIES! If I had a zero star option I would choose that. Do NOT do business with these scam artists unless you want to be treated horribly! Oh and when I tried to cancel I was told by this horrible woman “well you can cancel but you won’t get 1800. Of it back.” Say what????? I literally didn’t receive the products ordered. Are you kidding me??????

Spent almost $2000 on a bed

Spent almost $2000 on a bed. 2 guys in a moving truck show up, dump bed in my yard, dont speak a word the entire time. Take it in house, i notice tear in box spring and both bed and box spring covered in black residue. Call customer service, get the run around. Bed sucks, just a basic pillow top. Feeling ripped off. Do Not waste your time or money!

Beware of purchasing from the Westin…

Beware of purchasing from the Westin Store. We have two heavenly beds that we purchased in the US and decided to purchase a third one from the Westin store European site. we received the bed and slept on it for a few days and it felt like sleeping on a concrete slab! Not the same bed as the heavenly bed in the US. We are now attempting to return the bed and they informed us that they have a 14 day return policy! how is that even possible for a bed! will never purchase from them again

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PURCHASED THE FEATHER DOWN PILLOWS AND THEY ENDED UP BEING THE WORST PILLOWS THAT I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON. THEY ARE NOT THE ONES USED IN THE HOTELS. THESE ARE COMPLETE KNOCK-OFFS OR JUST CRAPPY (COULD NOT USE THE WORD THAT I WANTED) PILLOWS. THE FACT THAT THEY CHARGE FOR SHIPPING WHEN YOU'VE SPENT OVER $200.00 IS INSANE, AND TO RETURN THEM, YOU PAY THE COST.

As a long time Marriott/Starwood…

As a long time Marriott/Starwood customer, I stayed in Marriott's for 2 weeks in Italy in December (St. Regis Rome, Westin Florence, and Danaili Venice) , then my b/f booked a week in Westin Vancouver for us in Jan. In Vancouver, my dog loved the dog bed so I ordered one via the Westin online shop. What came WAS NOT the bed in the Vancouver westin - it was smaller, lumpier, and tacky branding on both sides. My dog hated it. Come to find out, they won't pay for return shipping for this bait in switch scam. Being so bulky the this cost me $95+. We are voting with our wallet and going back to Hiltons and AirBnB for our upcoming Spain / Portugal vacation in April, and Delaware in September. So disappointing Westin!! Don't fall for the Westin store scam.

Had a problem with the quality - Still not resolved - going on 1 1/2 months

I ordered and paid for my bedding and mattress and box spring. I finally received them after having to call a few times. The mattress and box springs were different colors and the box spring had a big, black stain on it. The delivery drivers took pictures and told me they would be in touch. I've never heard a word. I called Westin and they said they wanted pictures. I told them the delivery person had them. I was told they would be back in touch within 3 days. Called again - was told they would check again and probably just do a refund on the box spring. I told her I could live with that. I've called numerous times since - it's been over a month now - and I was told they were remaking it for me and would have a new box spring delivered. I've still not heard anything. What a SCAM!!!!!!!

Pillows quality is not worth the money...

The quality of the pillows are the same as any other store that has pillows. I ordered from them and wanted to return them because of the quality. I knew that when I returned the merchandise that they would not refund me the shipping but I too had to pay to return them. Do not purchase from them directly use Amazon.

Terrible experience !!

Terrible experience

I ordered the “Heavenly Bed” and a complete linen set.
First of all, the wrong size bed was delivered. “They could not locate my bed” (!?!) and I had to keep mailing and calling them so many times that it became frustrating. No compensation was offered initially and I was not allowed to speak to a manager nor director. I then received my bed but the plastic covers that it came in were so dirty that the delivery people messed up the mattress and even the wall.

The bed itself has NOTHING to do with the original. This is NOT even close to the quality you find in Westin hotels.

The linens are a complete joke. A first duvet cover had tears in them and was replaced without an issue.
After washing them at 60 degrees they SHRUNK a lot ! Westin Hotels (Hotels at Home in France) said that the manufacturer advised to wash them at 40 degrees ! Another complete joke.
Who washes bed linens at 40 degrees. They shrunk so much that at least 25 cms of the duvet would show !
The bedskirt on the other hand was way too large. I was advised to wash it at 90 degrees ! Lol It did not shrink. The pillows are of a doubtful quality especially seeing how much you pay for them. The pillow covers do not fit nicely and the pillows always come peaking out during the night.

This whole story started end of March 2020 and lasted until the end of 2020.
I have miles and miles of mails that show that this company should not exist.

Buy from a reputable local bed store !
Don’t become another victim of their shameful abuse of the Westin name, (which by the way, I find to be great hotels)
Be careful, the same group also sells W, Westin, Marriott and Sheraton beds. However, I cannot say if these are any better but it surely raises some serious concerns.

Le plus mauvais service client que j'ai expérimenté de ma vie au mépris des lois de la consommation française . On joue avec nous depuis 6 mois pour éviter de reconnaitre la défectuosité d'un matelas . Nous allons être obligé de prendre un avocat du jamais vu pour une chaine internationale .
