Georgia was extremely helpful as we visited a few times over the months, she went out of her way passing on information.
Delivery men were excellent in the heat of the day with removing our old couch and installation of the new.

We went into your Newton Abbot branch…
We went into your Newton Abbot branch to look at your bed selection. After guidance from Brian we have purchased a new bed with headboard he explained what the bed came with its added extras we were very happy and satisfied with the service and care he offered us.

Excellent service from start to finish.
We bought sofas from Fairway 17 years ago and they needed replacing.
Their choice is very good and most importantly for us is that the staff are friendly, informative and not pushy.
From the first approach, through to the delivery we were kept regularly informed on progress. The delivery guys were friendly and efficient, carryed them in carefully, assembled them and removed the old sofas at no extra charge. All in all, very good service.

Fairway was a 5* experience
At the Fairway store we came across a lovely lady called Karen, she found us the perfect corner sofa and delivery was a few days later. The service from the store and delivery was 5* and I would go to Fairways for furniture in the future.

New sofas
From the time we were looking at new furniture to the time it was delivered, we were regularly updated on the progress of our order. On the day of delivery, the delivery men contacted us with a time that they would be arriving and they were so helpful, friendly and polite.
