I have had 2 appointments and have got any where yet. 1st time was to meet doc and talk about problem. 2nd time i went new doc start all over. They set up a appointment with a specialist. Went there they wouldn't do anything until they had more info from Doc. Then called Fast Pace a times no help. Had to go there in person. Still get billed for both visits. you have to do all the leg work yourself. Next time going there guess what new Doc. stuck in a shitty tenn health care.

I brought my granddaughter in on a Monday. She was diagnosed with the flu. The doctor was very nice but he gave a return to school for Thursday. Thursday she was still so sick. I called Fast Pace to get another school excuse for Thursday and Friday. I was told if I wanted another school excuse (for the same illness) I would have bring her back in for another doctor’s appointment. I personally would never use Fast Pace again. Very disappointed in this doctor’s office! Very unprofessional! The front office check in couldn’t help you due to her personal phone call. I had to stand there at her window and wait for to tell someone to hold on.

This is absolutely the WORST of both worlds. If you think “urgent care” mean walk-in, you’re wrong. Walk in and you’re told you need an appointment. Make an appointment and find out it’s not actually an appointment. Appointment time-1:18pm, arrive 10 minutes early because they ask you to, finally in a room-2:45. I expect to wait my turn when I walk in; I expect to be seen within a few minutes of appointment time when I have an appointment. FastPace needs to choose if they are walk-in or appointment based.

Walls Ms and billing dept. are clueless!! I have UHC DUAL COMPLETE AND MEDICAID AND THEY trying to charge me a 40$ co pay before I can see anyone! And I was told “ they only file on the primary I have to be reimbursed by Medicaid if I want my 40$ back!” WHAT??! then I call billing the lady said “oh she has not put your Medicaid in proper place for 2ndary ins and corrected it said she would call clinic and tell her I don’t have co pay. The Note billing wrote said “ patient called complaining about co pay and I explained they clinic is just doing their jobs” AGAIN WHAT??? And you cannot speak to a supervisor they don’t have any way or number to give out to patients y’all I have been to fast pace in other states and other cities close by!! I have never had an issue until April of this yr

I just left your offices in Ardmore, TN. I was assisted by Stephanie Owen. To keep this short and sweet, I arrived early for a pre employment drug screen. I was told there was a lengthy wait time (which is understandable) I informed Stephanie my drug test form expired in roughly two hours. I was accepted and filled out the necessary paperwork. After making me wait right past the drug test expiration time limit Stephanie pulls me back and informs me they can't do the test and I've wasted two hours of my time. This is extremely unprofessional as it took all of 20 seconds to pull me back scan my test paperwork and then process me. That could have been done hours ago instead of making me wait two hours. This is ridiculous and I will be leaving a negative review every single place I can for her wasting my time.

My name is Jennifer and I have ever been to the situation like this ! This Fastpace Urgent Care is it the HELL Place on Earth, about Malpractice,Billing Fraud and you name it, don’t know how they still exist in today world. Please let everyone know that and never got there

I’m not going to be giving them event 1/2 star because they are very dangerous about malpractice, billing cheating and fraud.! Don’t ever go there is it the hell places on earth ! Be careful People ! This is the real experience for everyone to learn !

Fast Pace Health should be avoided by middle Tennesseans. Despite multiple requests to "contact them directly if everything is not perfect," I am still awaiting a return phone call or email (or something?) two days following a poorly-handled, dangerous experience with their medical providers. It is irresponsible and careless for any medical provider to prescribe powerful medication and be unavailable to answer questions when there are harmful side effects and interactions, plus misunderstandings due to a failure to understand a patient's concerns, a lack of meaningful instructions and a general culture of a failure to provide a basic minimum standard of care. Four calls and emails have gone unanswered. I forgive an honest human error in ordering wrong meds, but their failure to be available for patients just hours after such mistakes and their failure still to even return a phone call or email is unforgiveable. Quite frankly, they are just asking to be sued. From all the others with similar stories, looks like it could be
a class action.

Billing is trouble. I did a tele med visit on 12/23 after going over the billing and giving them all my insurance information I was told I would owe $50 before I could do a tele med visit. I gladly paid and was given a tele med visit that was good and lasted 3 minutes. One month later I got a bill for another $200 so I called and I was told that was my insurance deductible and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked what would have been the cash price for this visit and I was told $135 so I offered to pay them the extra $85 they said no that it would have to be paid up front which I was never given that option. They charged my credit card another $200 a couple days later. Today 2/28 i get another bill for $50. This company is a total rip off and after my negative review on Google they offer a number for me to call them back. Why wouldn’t they actually make it right or call me back instead of a comment on my review.

I recommend anyone who gos here or is looking for a place to avoid Fast Pace Urgent Care in Ashland City Tn and find another place like I did. After what they did to my family they should be out of business. Unacceptable malpractice. Kristy Deal that works there falsified my husbands disability records and made him lose it. It took him months for them to investigate and get it back. She literally walked in the patent room for 5 seconds and walked out never examined my husband as required to record injuries and limitations. She just put whatever in the forms and put that there was nothing wrong with him and got his disability cut off. Beyond rude and incompetent. When she was confronted she was rude and blew him off. Took no responsibility and refused to help us and correct her mistake. Sickening how she treated him...bad enough to treat your patents like this but a Army Veteran! upmost disrespect and cruel behavior and should be out of a job for what she did and how she dealt with it instead she still works there and because of HER mistake she cut off my prescriptions that I need for no reason. She is not the only one there that is rude either. The man who takes your weight was also very rude and childish to us. The woman at the fron desk was incompetent and couldnt get her app days right or fax forms she was suppose to. This place is a joke. So sickening how they do business. How they have any customers I do not know. They have already been out of business before. They will not last. Worse than Meharry!
