Terrible,wish i had looked for reviews first.we ordered chocolates and sweets for wedding favour boxes.never recieved our order,we have sent numerous emails and are being completely ignored.

Did the job, but the delivery and service was slow.
Ordered 2 wide ribbon reels before Christmas to use instead of tinsel on our Christmas tree.
I paid extra for Royal Mail 48 delivery, so I was expecting them to arrive in 2 days - 3 considering I live in Northern Ireland.
In actual fact it took 5 days to even get the email confirming my order had been shipped.
My order didn’t arrive within the 2 day delivery I’d paid for, and the tree was up by the time they got to me.
I had emailed Favour This using their online form to find out where my order was, but in keeping with the slow delivery, I’m still awaiting a reply.
Otherwise, ribbons were a good quality and they looked pretty on the tree.
