First time buying from Fellows. Very happy with everything, the whole process worked very well from registration to bid, the bidding process itself and finally receiving the item after auction. Highly recommended. The Bid Calculator is also very useful as calculating the buying fees can be complicated.

Great auctioneers, bidding process easy, pricing transparent, are very responsive to any queries or issues. Posting products a wee bit slower than I'd have expected once invoice paid etc, but assume they are busy.

Excellent company very pleased with the service.
Took longer than I would have liked for delivery, but well worth the wait. Very well packed with great care and sent by next day delivery.
The items were better than described. I would definitely buy there again and will forgive waiting for the items because they are beautiful. Thank you to all the team.

Good experience marred by shipping delay.
The bidding process and payment were easy and straightforward. Unfortunately, having not received my items more or less a week after paying, and despite Fellows website stating that items will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment, I had to contact Fellows and chase up where the items were. I was told they were very busy, hence the delay. Not good, given that they do this all the time, as their business, and so should be able to cope. Items did finally arrive. Will use Fellows again, and hopefully get a better service.

Item exactly as described and fast delivery
I used the online timed auction and was successful in one, but failed in the other, as I was unable to increase my bid - I inadvertantly pressed "increase my bid" without putting an amount in. I got an error message telling me I needed an amount, but every time I entered the amount box, I just got a repeat of the error message. Otherwise it was a good experience. The item was exactly as described.
