Slow delivery process
I was disappointed with the length of time it took for my lot to dispatched and I had to chase it up. I know it was Christmas etc., but lack of update and delay unacceptable.
The staff I spke to on phone were polite and helpful.

Easy bidding, good online visuals, clear item photos and description, easy to finalise my transaction on a successful bid, and last but not least, some really good packaging by their postal department to ship my item safely to me.
