A Season In Every Bottle.
Ffern not only delivers beautiful scents in nicely designed boxes ( they are all reusable and or recyclable ), but they also send an assortment of treasures to set the mood and can also be shared with others. Illustrated micro story booklets to set the tone, and a small bottle of the scent to be sprayed on a ceramic diffuser. Lovely in every way.

My second perfume is Summer 26. I waited to open it till my daughter was there. Truly a magical unboxxing, again.
The quality and thoughtfulness of each piece. Wow.
And the sustainability of packaging is something every company needs to practice.

I love discovering new scents and…
I love discovering new scents and perfume addict. I am very grateful to have come across a natural perfume brand like Fern. Given the overwhelming synthetic fragrances around us , in our cosmetics , candles , etc.so many hormone disrupters around us. I do my best to find alternatives and scent free when I can. I did not want to give up perfume just yet and was so happy to find a natural fragrance. I am new to fern and recent started off with the summer fragrance. It’s absolutely beautiful. Yes , you do have to reapply. It also wears different in humid climates vs dry heat I noticed when I travelled back out east of Canada where it’s more humid than west of Canada. I have no problem with this , but just a thought to consider. Wears longer on garments, so be sure to spray some on your clothing before heading out.

I love the packaging and presentation when buying anything luxury you generally get a box with your product however ffern’s presentation and options for trying the small sample before unboxing is splendid no commitment if you don’t like it. So far I’m 2/2 both were wonderful additions to my luxury perfume collection.

Summer 2026-My new favorite scent
It’s really, so, incredibly magnificent. I am autistic and am super sensitive to scents and do not like change. I have literally worn the same exact scent every day for almost 10 years but decided to give this a try and am so so happy I went way out of my comfort zone with this. The packaging is so immersive and well-thought out. And the progression of the scent is magical. It seriously LASTS. ALL DAY. occasionally getting a lovely whiff of it throughout which I adore. I just wish the product size could be bigger because this is now my new go-to and I will be devastated once it’s gone… But just like the changing of the seasons this must change too.

Ffern is a company I have been eyeing…
Ffern is a company I have been eyeing for a while, and was surprised when I was able to make it onto their ledger for Summer 26. I anticipated receiving their package for weeks after I signed up and once it arrived I was not disappointed. Opening the packaging, which didn’t feel excessive considering the amount of product you receive, was an experience in and of itself. Filled with beautiful artwork, a sample size and disk, as well as two tea bags, a movie ticket, and a green knight was so lovely and unexpected. Opening the entire perfume was an experience and it smells amazing. I feel like I am putting a natural, quality fragrance on my body and is a seasonal luxury that I am looking forward to continuing to receive.

Scammy Trap!
The marketing is great. And the packages are really cool. The scents (I received two) are similar but I liked them.
The issue?
1. No way to cancel. There is no opt out button. YOU are not in control of your own subscription. Go to the Ffern website and see how long it takes you to find the process to cancel? Vonage just got fined $100 million for these kinds of dark patterns.
2. No heads up about your subscription shipping. I received my spring perfume, then almost immediately received my summer one. There was no notification.
3. Slow customer service. They don't respond in a timely manner. Only available by email.
4. No refunds? They promise refunds, but they've had my package for weeks and now, and I haven't heard a word.
There is just no way to talk to them, so it's like shouting into the void. Credit card chargebacks seem like the only option.

A few things I can clarify:
You're always in control of your Ledger membership. You can skip or leave at any time before your next payment is taken, directly from your account at ffern.co/portal (steps here too: ffern.co/faq/how-can-i-leave-the-ffern-ledger). I'm sorry this wasn't easy to find.
We do send a reminder email around a week before each payment so there's time to skip or leave if a season isn't for you, I'm sorry this didn't reach you clearly enough.
Refunds are absolutely available. They default to credit toward a future bottle, but can be switched to your original payment method at any time via the portal or by emailing concierge@ffern.co.
I have requested some more information from you regarding this via Trustpilot so we can look into this directly and put it right.

Harmonize with the seasons
I didn’t realize I was signing up for a season of fragrance, when I ordered this. However, I'm truly enjoying receiving these and now feel that I want to experience the full spectrum of seasons! Spring and summer are distinctly different. I'm enjoying the summer blend quite a bit. It is full and luscious. I think that Ffern has a unique angle- connect with the seasons via the natural world of smell- and could put that front and center on their marketing.
