From the moment that I saw your product online, I fell in love with the concept. When I received my first fragrance, my daughter and I were absolutely in love! The attention to detail and the little extras that were included truly took this experience above and beyond!

I’d also like to add that due to unfortunate circumstances in my employment situation, your company treated me with kindness and understanding. This truly tells me that your company is not only in it for profit, but because you truly care about people and ensuring that we are getting the highest quality product, as well as customer service!

I believe you guys will make it far and look forward to seeing more from you. Once I’m able to secure employment again, I will definitely be revisiting Ffern!

I was lucky enough to have been selected and included into the exclusivity of purchasing the Ffern fragrances for the last few seasons and they've all been scrumptiously delicious! The unboxing of all the detailed and carefully packaged together shipments is like receiving a special gift at a level of quality that no other products have, it's a complete experience for all the senses including the eyes, ears, etc. The Ffern team has been exceptionally wonderful, as they've helped me through every step of the process with "white glove" service. Absolutely love receiving my seasonal scent! Always look forward to it, especially as my current bottle runs low. I use it most days. Summer 26 was the first one I wasn’t so keen on, didn’t really suit me but being able to sample it and then exchange it for a previous one was just perfect and much appreciated. Unboxing each bottle is a multi sensory experience, feels like total luxury and such a gorgeous treat which you then get to indulge in with every spray. I’m so glad to have found Ffern 🌿

There was an issue with my return on their website. I reached out to the team and they got back to me very quickly, (I sent out my initial email around 6am) and they had my issue completely resolved within a couple hours. The perfume I selected wasn't really my style but I am hoping the next one I try is because I like supporting businesses who care about their customers

The entire experience of unboxing is an event. The scent is truly natural, no synthetics! The scent is complex and well thought out. The first one isn't to MY specific taste, although I wore it for a few weeks to try it out. My daughter loves it, and I love it on her. Will continue to purchase.

The Customer Service was exceptional as is their product.

Even though i didn't keep the perfume, the process of ordering, communicating and returning was very fast and friendly. I consider ordering another time.

The perfume is unlike any I’ve purchased before. The smell is so lovely and captivating. I now look forward to every new scent and only wish I discovered this wonderful company sooner. I am definitely a lifelong customer.

What a thrill it has been to be selected as a Ffern '26 recipient. I cannot say enough about the care and intention that goes into this product. The packaging is some of the most beautiful I have ever received. The fragrance, INCREDIBLE. The scent reminds me of an old Lancome perfume I wore years ago that was discontinued. I have always missed it and have been on the lookout for something similar. Imagine my surprise when my first spray of summer '26 took me there!

My only complaint is that the scent doesn't last long enough on my body. I am reapplying frequently.

I thought I was buying a new perfume. What I received was an experience for all the senses. Opening the package was a tactile adventure. The packaging was delightful! The vellum envelopes were beautiful and contained little surprises. There was a ticket with QR code to a visual and auditory experience along with a paper puppet of sorts of the main characters. There was a terra cotta token with imprint upon which I immediately sprayed the sample scent and felt like I was falling into a flowered meadow in the midst of a forest in the early morning. Sprayed on skin, the scent lasts a very long time. There was also something to taste in the package with a lovely sachet of tea. I was so impressed with the theme that was followed throughout. I want all the seasons now!

First of all — the vibe. What a perfect vibe. The considered process of cultivating the seasonal one-off fragrances… The presentation; the teabags and scent stone, the sample and the artwork, and the story about the artist beautifully presented. It was a magical journey and the fragrance was spectacular. It was layered it was deep. It was thoughtful. My experience on the website with my account was transparent. I was easily able to find the option to cancel or adjust my membership in the community and skip shipments. I’m thrilled! I appreciate being a part of this community. I’m glad I found Ffern,

Ffern scents are magical. I loved receiving this perfume. Beautiful packaged. I felt the perfume was curated just for me. The scent was incredible. Really enjoyed wearing it over the summer. This company develops perfumes in small batches and each delivery is a story. Looking forward to my next seasonal scent!

My parcel never arrived. I got in touch with the “customer service” multiple times with no response or explanation to the situation. No apologies for delay, no explanation about what is going on. All I got was a bot automated response asking for a rating for “help received” (none). And trust me, I have checked my junk mail. I do not know if I will ever receive the product I paid for or even a refund for this mess. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my significant other that I ordered 2 MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

I have been searching over a year for a perfume that isn't toxic and when I found Ffern I was a little hesitant to purchase a perfume without smelling it first. After doing some research in the information they provided and transparency on ingredients, I decided to give it a chance... IT WAS THE BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE! This is not just another commercial fragrance with terrible chemicals, this is where you find your forever perfume; your signature scent! Phenomenal packaging and creativity, 12/10.
