Gorgeous scents
Ffern produce gorgeous perfumes using natural ingredients in small batches. There's nothing that quite compares on the mass-produced market. I've loved the scents, and the little touches that makes each season special. Customer service is on point, too. Quick responses, clearly explained. I'd recommend to anyone.

I just had to reach out and tell yall how absolutely beautiful Summer 26 is.
From the moment I smelled it, I was completely captivated. The Corsican clementine, honeyed rose, and hazy bran come together in a way that feels so effortless and sophisticated. It’s fresh and luminous, but still warm and comforting — the kind of fragrance that makes you want to keep smelling your wrist all day.
I honestly wasn’t expecting to fall this hard for it, but I completely understand Fern now. Fern officially made a consumer for life out of me. 😂
I’m already counting down until the autumn fragrance is released because if Summer 26 is any indication of what’s coming next, I need to experience it.
Thank you for creating something so beautiful and special. I’m so happy I discovered Fern, and I genuinely can’t wait to see what you do next.

World Class Customer Service
I had an issue with my subscription. It took several emails back and forth to sort it out. They were very prompt in responding and sorting out my issue. Their communication is polite, caring and clear.
I recommend doing business with Ffern, without reservation. Their customer service is as high quality as their perfume!

Great product and customer service. I'll be back...
The perfume received wasn't really suitable for me (personal taste), so I used the return mechanism which was very fast and efficient. The Ffern team are super friendly and helpful. I look forward to trying future fragrances. The product packaging and concept is fantastic.

Je suis agréablement surpris par la qualité de ces parfums. Ils ont un parfum délicieux et se démarquent des senteurs trop sucrées qui dominent actuellement le marché. J’ai eu l’occasion d’essayer SUMMER 26 et j’ai ensuite acheté AUTUMN 25. J’apprécie énormément les deux. Cependant, je dois exprimer ma déception quant à la petite taille du flacon de 30 ml. Le parfum s’épuise rapidement, et si c’est votre seul parfum, vous ne tiendrez probablement pas trois mois avant d’en acheter un autre. Il serait peut-être judicieux d’offrir deux tailles de flacons : 30 ml et 50 ml.
De plus, il existe une collection permanente que l’on peut sentir avant d’acheter. Malheureusement, il n’y a aucun moyen de s’orienter vers l’une des cinq créations. On se retrouve donc à choisir au hasard et à espérer que le parfum nous plaira. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j’apprécie l’ambiance générale et les éléments qui accompagnent les parfums. Enfin, si vous tombez vraiment amoureux d’un parfum, il serait formidable d’avoir la possibilité d’en acheter un flacon de 100 ml.

Merci infiniment, Pierre, pour ce retour si réfléchi. Nous sommes ravis d’apprendre que Summer 26 et Autumn 25 ont trouvé leur place dans votre quotidien, et que vous appréciez leur différence par rapport aux senteurs plus sucrées qui dominent souvent le marché.
Nous sommes désolés d’apprendre que le flacon de 30 ml vous paraît un peu petit. Ce format a été pensé pour les membres qui aiment changer de parfum au fil des saisons, même si nous savons bien que lorsqu’on tombe amoureux d’une fragrance, elle peut se vider assez vite. Vos remarques sur les tailles de flacons et sur l’orientation au sein de la collection permanente nous sont très précieuses.
Merci encore d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire, et pour vos mots sur l’ambiance et les détails qui entourent nos parfums. Nous sommes très heureux de vous compter parmi les membres du ledger.

An order was obviously misdelivered by…
An order was obviously misdelivered by the postal service and I notified Ffern that I hadn’t received it. They contacted me and immediately issued a replacement. That sort of customer service is greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about Ffern and their response to my problem. The fragrances are lovely, too!

A genuinely special ritual
I love getting Ffern’s seasonal releases! The unboxing experience is stunning, and having the mini sample bottle to try first gives total peace of mind. Their natural scents are unique and long-lasting, and the matching seasonal candles bring the whole experience into your home. The plastic-free packaging is just the icing on the cake. Great perfume from my secret club
You feel like you a part of a secret club-this isn't mass produced perfume but has its own unique smell. I can always recognise it. I would say the 4 seasons aren't that distinct which is the only issue for me but I love receiving my quarterly perfume and the new candles as well now make it even better!

We do have a house style here at Ffern, with certain favourite ingredients such as vetiver and bergamot. While our fragrances share a similar handwriting, we vary the blends significantly from season to season, and many of our members (and our team!) find that each new release captures a distinct seasonal feeling.
