One of the few things I just don't want to do without
I've been a member of Ffern for about 3 years now. I find the scents absolutely breathtaking, all the little artistic items they come with really make me stop and take a long breath and start dreaming. It's delicious. I also appreciate the wonderful team behind Ffern, every single reply is personal and wonderful. This, to me, adds to my wellbeing every single day without fail, and picks me up on days that aren't quite so rosy. It's a treat to me and a wonderful one at that. They don't come much better. Customer service is top notch
Customer service is top notch! I don't love all of the scents I get, which is normal we all prefer different scents, this last one I exchanged for an item that unfortunately was out of stock. They emailed me right away and gave me multiple options, refund, or a different replacement. I gave them a long list of what I like and dislike with scents and they were able to suggest a different option. I received that today and I love it. So they listened, responded quickly and had a greag recommendation.

High Quality Product, Attentive Customer Service

Wonderful concept and authentic product and exceptionally professional, friendly, dedicated customer service team. Always a joy to discover the beautifully original, refined, organic scents, inspired by the changing seasons and accompanied by the works of art from the various artists. Only wish some of the perfumes had longer staying power on my skin, but even so, still addictive.

Thank you for your note on longevity. Natural perfumes can vary a lot from person to person, and different skin types and body temperatures can affect longevity in particular. There are a few things you can try to help your fragrance last longer, should you find it wearing off too soon.
We recommend applying your fragrance to cooler spots on the body, as this reduces the rate of evaporation and helps the scent last longer. For example, try applying it to the tops of your wrists rather than the undersides, which are warmer and tend to evaporate the perfume more quickly. Applying the fragrance to clothing can also help, as clothing sits at a lower temperature than the skin.

I love their nature-based ingredients, their ecological packaging and poetic presents and that go with the perfumes. Ich habe das erste Mal bestellt und bin beeindruckt. Das Päckchen auszupacken war eine echte Freude. Die Verpackung richtig toll, auch etwas magisch. Der Duft ist super rund und es ist ein wirklicher Sommerduft und das Beste es riecht selbstverständlich gar nicht künstlich.
Es ist super, dass man erst testen kann, kleine Geschenke sind dabei.

Looking for a new perfume
Looking for a new perfume, I totally fell for the marketing which is unusual for me. Luckily, the perfume is beautiful, prettily packaged and feels very special.
Summer 26 is grassy, citrussy, clean, fresh,a touch of rose and jasmine with a herbal back note. Just the thing for our record breaking summer in the UK.

Beautiful olfactory experience
At first, the fragrance is quite intense. You probably notice the vodka notes straight away. Then, the other notes gradually unfold, and it becomes an exceptional olfactory experience. I’d had some reservations about citrus notes in perfumes in general, but I was pleasantly surprised by this fragrance. I love bergamot and I wasn’t disappointed.
The customer service is very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend Ffern and I cannot wait for Autumn 26.

Well packaged.
Comes with a sample so if it doesn’t suit you the main perfume can be returned (I’ve never needed to). Love the extras that come with it, art, story etc.

The best organic perfume brand?
Everything about this brand exudes quality, attention to detail and elegance. It has taken me some time to find the fragrance I've really liked but it's well worth the effort. Packaging and design is second to none. A subscription of this for a loved one would make a perfect gift. Customer service has been excellent as well and the return process has been effortless.

A little packet of pure indulgence that I wait with anticipation at the start of the season to arrive. Very subtle fragrances. Lots of layers. Perfect size to pop into a small handbag or make up bag to top up during the day/ evening.

Ffern has been the most unique, whimsical, elevated fragrance experience I’ve ever had the privilege of discovering. It’s unlike any other. A beautifully curated romantic adventure. Your Design, overall Look, and Presentation is very Crisp, Clean, Not overly Flowery or Cherub-like in Nature … which is Refreshing!!
