Will not honor returns
I needed to return an $1800.00 electronic ignition as my installer said it wouldn't work outside (though its clearly advertised in an outdoor setting) so I had to return it. They screwed one gas pipe into it and left a little pipe dope on the threads. I sent it back and spotix wont take it because theres a little pipe dope on the threads. I would have understood if i needed to pay a restocking fee but they wouldn't work with me at all. Now I'm stuck with an $1800 paperweight.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately our return policy on this item states that it needs to be returned in new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition in the original packaging.
We contacted the manufacturer themselves on this also to see if they would accept a return and they would also not take it back.
Unfortunately the item that was returned has been used and is no longer in a new and resalable condition.

Easy Website Navigation
The website was very easy to use and navigation was seemless. Only downfall was the estimated delivery time which ended up being much sooner. Original date was 6 weeks out and it appears it will be here before week's end.

Quick shipping and products works great. I have the 18"x6" H turbo burner on propane. The flames are bigger than I need at full output (over 1 foot).
