Great experience
It was great to speak to the customer service and my Partner and I were happy with the service. Everything was explained properly. However, there was too much noise in the phone line so did struggled in hearing.

Easy to take policy out

Being old age pensioners it was good…
Being old age pensioners it was good having someone tolerant of this and not talking in a baffling way . Having never done anything like this over the phone before Jamie made me feel confident I could do this again. He explained everything in a way I could understand and also came up with a quote that suited us ,if I should need to speak to someone again i shall ask for Jamie.

Phone call and portal
The guy I spoke to on the phone was helpful and thorough.
He noted my view of the portal, that I don't find very user friendly. And then, for the payment, he was going to kindly guide me through the portal secure payment.
Unsurprisingly, to me, it didn't work. However, I was able to pay on the phone.
I like the idea of the portal, but find the reality a headache! Often it's not available or I have to change the password!!!
