First Tech should be praised for their helpful staff, efficient loan processes, and strong support for tech-sector employees and their families. I can't highlight enough the positive experience I had with them. It was down to the user-friendly digital tools, and the personalized service I received. The staff were so helpful, professional and efficient. To open an account was very easy and stress-free. They also have really good digital options allowing for managing my finances entirely from home. I have to say it's the most positive banking experience I've had. Honestly. Highly recommended.

Amazing staff always there to help when needed most

I have been with first tech for a long time i have to say the staff are so lovely and helpful in every way.
Even down to there app it is so easy to use, to be able to download and upload your documents.
When you call them the staff are so lovely on the phone.
I even got my daughter to join via the app. Even she taught that was so easy to do. Now she is happy saving with first tech.

The credit union is easy to access whether by phone or email. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is good for loans and the service fast on each occasion.

So easy to explain what the loan was for and excellent communication from the loan rep about the documentation requirements and the progress of the application.
