I’m very happy with my choice of this company. I had a very old boiler and radiators, the water pressure was poor, and both heating and hot water were very expensive. Now everything has changed — the water pressure is strong, the radiators stay warm all the time, and I even gained extra storage space.
The installation was smooth and efficient. The team clearly knew what they were doing — clean, professional, and quick. They also took away all my old radiators and boiler.
Highly recommend — definitely worth every penny.

Impressed with survey and installation of heaters and finally have a warm house following the removal of our economy 7 option 14 tariff. We expected an increase in the cost of running the new system but not overly expensive. However it's early days and next winter will be the real test. Installation team were friendly and professional.

07/04/2026 - Needed to upgrade my electric central heating systems and boiler (old fashioned storage heaters and large bulky boiler). Recommended by friends and neighbours who used Fischer Future Heat UK Limited. From start to finish, the process and communications were good with all involved (sales customer service with Sales Engineer Consultant, Office Customer Service, site Engineers on installation ie: Plumber and Electrician). Updated on each stage of the process which was most helpful and reassuring. The only hiccup was on installation day the site engineer workmen were late; I was a morning call (between 9am - 12pm) and nobody arrived until 1.30pm. There was no call to explain delay and I telephoned the office (at 1pm) to ascertain reason; this being a delay on previous work and heavy London traffic conditions. Workmen arrived around 1.30pm and apologised for delay. They (two of them) were wonderful, professional, courteous and polite. They were respectful of my property and extremely neat and tidy before, during and after installation of the work which took about 3 hours. Dustsheets were placed to protect my carpets in all the working areas. They cleared up afterwards and took away all the old heating system equipment; vacuumed and left my property clean. They both (separately) explained how the new systems work and left me the relevant paperwork, guarantees and information about the new systems and also who to contact, post installation, for any further questions or concerns, if any.
I was very impressed with the courteous and professional manner and services received throughout this transaction, from all involved. I would certainly recommend Fischer Future Heat UK Limited to all my family and friends.
NB: The turnaround time was 5 weeks from placing order to completion of work with Easter intervening in between otherwise likely to have been a shorter wait.

Very helpful team which fitted the radiators

I have had Fischer twice.
First time removed an electric shower installed water heater Aqua efficient. They called for electrician who reconnected a now defunct switch.
Second time installed 2 radiators. I had asked for proper plug connections not done. They had not done as discussed.

Excellent installation team with minimal disturbance to the property. Great products well designed and with environmental considerations built in. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to move from fossil fuel to all-electric. Trial and error will provide financial comparisons against our old oil boiler system. Interesting times!

Once you get the heater working it is fine, but I find setting up the thermostat fiddly and overcomplicated. Fine for boffins and nerds but not for simple folk who would prefer a straightforward ON and OFF switch. You could at least offer that as an option. Not everything needs a mini computer. And folks with a visual disability would find it impossible to set. The tech help from Richard was excellent.

The installation was made to a high standard, the set up is very tidy and doesn't take a lot of space. The system is very economical and give us very hot water with great pressure.

Worth the money, super efficient radiators.

Our new boiler and water heater were installed as agreed with out disruption.

Communication was good, device correctly installed, it’s working well. The full manual was not given at the time, I asked for it later. It’s a confusing document, will take me some time to fathom it out.

We recently had 3 radiators installed. The engineer arrived within expected time frame and had removed old radiators, installed new ones and everything tidied up within an hour. He was polite and efficient and I easily understood his explanation of how the thermostat control worked.
The follow up call from Daniel was unexpected and appreciated.
All round very pleased with the radiators and the service.

Dont bother wasting your time if you are a lanldord and want a quote for your rental. They will only attend if i'm there in person - impossible from Sydney Australia. I will find a company where I can spend £5,000 who is willing to help ! Also their AI chat on the website is really poor too. Wasted 30 mins this morning with this firm !!

Fischer have carried out a couple of installations at our home:
1. To replace an existing gas boiler with one of their electric boilers
2. We subsequently replaced two of the wet radiators with direct electric radiators
The whole process was handled very smoothly, including a couple of great tips from the plumber, and now we have a very elegant solution for our home heating.

Brilliant experience from start to finish kept in formed what was happening .
And Radiators are fantastic .

Fischer technical / surveyor team and their fitting engineers are very knowledgeable and efficient. They turn up on time assess the customers thoughts (requirements) and then work with the customer for the desired outcome. The quality of the product is not in question, and my what a difference it makes to the living space in the property. Excellent work Fischer.

They arrived at 08:30 and were complete by 09:15.
The install was very clean and the explanation on use of the controller was very complete.
No issues have been identified.
