Very happy with the service we received…
Very happy with the service we received from Fischer. Their Rep came to assess the job and gave advice on what we needed. The equipment arrived when they said it would and the fitting was done cleanly and well. The heaters are not cheap but they do seem to be efficient and we're happy.

Really easy from start to finish
The sales process was really easy, got a date booked in and everything ran as planned. The installer that came out was a lovely chap and worked incredibly hard all day to install the Aquaficent into our old house which proved to be a bit complex at times!

My 80 year old parent's living room…
My 80 year old parent's living room heater stopped working (in October). Told them it was a £300 call out fee just to come and look at it. Then obviously additional charges IF they could fix it.

Thank you for taking my call this morning.
As discussed, your parents’ heater is over 10 years old and is no longer covered by warranty. Therefore, any repairs required would be subject to a labour charge.
Our Technical Team provided assistance over the phone and advised that the issue may be resolved by replacing the fuse in the fused spur socket, which would not require a call-out. However, Mr Frankland was not willing to carry out this action.
Our Technical Team also recommended contacting a local electrician, as this would likely be a more cost-effective alternative to arranging a call-out.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to help.

Definitely recommend this company
Workers arrived on time and never stopped all day. Had to take up quite a few floorboards to install new wiring from a new circuit board that they installed first. All boards and carpet was replaced excellently and with no mess left. I was asked if I was happy with what was to be done at every step of the installation. Heaters look so good. Modern and stylish. Cannot recommend them more highly. If you’re looking for new heating just get in touch with them. They could not be more helpful. Definitely recommend this company.

Boiler / water heater installation
Both the electrician and the boiler engineer where clean and tidy workers, arriving on time carrying out there work efficiently.
Answered all our questions clearly without going into to much technical detail as to complicate the answer .
Both units are working fine.

Installation should have been completed today
All I have so far is my hot water system
The electrician only stayed a couple of hours then left. He had an appointment apparently
I now have to wait until Monday for my heaters to be installed
Very unhappy as I expected a complete installation today
Installation completed on Monday 12th October

Glad we chose Fischer
The engineers were pleasant, helpful and chatty in their approach to us. Were clean and tidy with their work. The heaters and sockets were fitted well with an extra timer attached to our Economy Seven immersion heater in the airing cupboard that was necessary. The heaters are easy to release from the walls for redecoration purposes. The controls were explained and a booklet given. We tested out the hallway heater manually, that worked well, with the temperature controls on the monitor placed in the master bedroom close by, on the instructions give by the engineer (we live in a bungalow). The heater gave sufficient heat for hallway and master bedroom to reach required temperature within 15 mins. Will use the automatic controls once weather gets colder. Very pleased with the outcome and next day had a Customer Service follow up call to check that all was well. We are very pleased with our product and glad we chose Fischer.
