Exceptional service from David
Exceptional service from David. I arranged a visit to see if I could save on my card charges. David went through all the information explaining everything in detail, he worked out he could save me 50% on average on my bills. I was very happy with everything and signed up. David arranged to come back in person himself to set up the new machine with me and my staff. This was extremely helpful, and a huge benefit. Great service

Ask to close my account many times but nothing works , always some different number for different department and then telling me cant find my account ! still charging me even i do not use their service anymore !! avoid , cant get rid of them , don't fall for a trap !

Ripping us off
We asked in December 2019 to cancel paper statements and not charge us a monthly fee. We have called and checked multiple times over this period. Now, almost 4 years on, the case is not resolved - they continue to charge us for something we dont want and something thats bad for the environment. They have a big focus on long contracts (24 months, longer than their competitors). I suspect this is deliberate given how terrible their customer support is. I wish we had just used Stripe

AVOID SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE
AVOID Applied for a card machine and whilst making the application they were very attentive. We were turned down BUT no one let us know this, no reason given despite me asking!! Shocking customer service but OK while they think they've got the sale AVOID 😡
