Ash did a great job. He not only fixed the non-performance problem, but also educated us about the operation of the dishwasher, and pointed out a potential problem we will have with the sink. Thank you.

I desperately need help. I’ve been trying for nearly eight weeks to contact Fisher & Paykel (Ireland) as all the contact details for them are not in operation. I can’t even get in touch with their head office. As I live a mile or so from Northern Ireland, do you know of anyone who could come from there to fix my dishwasher?

Ash is an efficient and knowledgeable engineer, did a great job.

Bradley was able to quickly diagnose the faults and fix in a very timely manner. He was polite, presentable and most importantly very capable. I would highly recommend.

Our engineer Ash spent a long time trying everything he could think of to solve the unusual fault on our dishwasher. He wasn’t satisfied until he had tried every conceivable option, ultimately fixing the dishwasher which turned out to have a fault he’d never encountered in his 10 years working on this model. Very impressed at his dedication to getting the job done.

Amazing service from Dean, thank you
