I haven’t received my item, nor any response when I have tried to follow up as to where it is! I purchased the item as a gift for my daughter for Christmas so this is especially disappointing!

Definitely recommend using this company very helpful and good service. Products came on time and was delivered in great condition. I will be using this company again.

Ordered a few items amazing service, I received my items before the estimated time. The products were in excellent condition. Prices were very reasonable compared to other websites. Would definitely recommend this company again, will be using this service again!!!!!

I did not receive all products. I have sent an email twice refering 2 products I did not receive and i did not get any feedback.

I ordered one black and one grey leg warmers and got two grey instead.

No delivery date - item is taking weeks to get shipped.

Supposedly being sent tracked 48 hours and 10 days later I still havent received my item. Not impressed

You want good customer service then avoid this company at all costs.
Put your money to better use and go to a reputable company

Ordered a 5aside indoor ball. Order accepted as "in stock" money taken. Then order cancelled with no explanation or communication. Money refunded quickly which was the only positive

Item was as described, well packaged and quickly dispatched. Can't fault service like that.

Item did not arrive. Courier confirmed it was not shipped and no answer to emails etc. Will have to open a dispute. AVOID

Product was delivered with broken items inside.

Contact customer services who said they would replace the defective items. Replacement products never received and no further contact from customer services. Have sent multiple emails with no response back. Have tried to call but absolutely no answer ever.

Going to have to go through my card provider and bank for charge back and I am considering reporting to trading standards.

Buy at your own peril!

I ordered a product 12th May 2021 and it has still not arrived by 27th May 2021. I have tried to call 3 or 4 times but never any answer, they never reply to my emails.

Please do not waste your money here, sent the wrong item which was returned and six weeks on still no refund. Awful service.

Did my knee so ordered a brace on a Friday afternoon. Despite 48 hour courier, arrived the following Saturday too late for my game. Got sent a tracking code on the Monday, but package was only sent on the Thursday. Tried to chivvy it along but Monir in "Customer Service" just kept sending me "2-5 working day delivery".
