AVOID booking with this company.
Florida Sunshine Vacation Rentals took my money and reservation for 12/27/19-1/3/20 rental. Florida Sunshine Vacation rentals says Casa Floridian is property management company and responsible. Florida Sunshine Vacation rentals points the finger at Casa Floridian for given me bad information. I don't care. It is raining, dark, and I am stranded outside the security gate calling a bunch of phone numbers. Each person I spoke to on the Emergency Numbers had heavy accents and talked to me like they would take care of it. A female on emergency number for Jerry Valle lied multiple times stringing me along. I was the guest who only wanted access to get to the villa I had paid for safely and reliably each day. Casa Floridian person said she would get the keycard access. She lied and did not. She gave us a supposed master code which when typed into the keypad on the security gate didn't do anything. The club house amenities advertised were a key card swipe. No response from either company to rectify the situation and let us enjoy our vacation. We sat in the dark waiting to get someone on the phone. It was a scary and stressful mess! Florida Sunshine Vacation Rentals, Nancy Casey, was rude and patronizing when I told her the information she gave me to go to manned security gate at Champions Gate to get to the villa was totally WRONG. She said the security guard would have my name at the gate. The guards looked on their system and found nothing. They told me no road goes from that side of the property which is 4 miles away to The Vistas where we were staying. Rather than Nancy calling Casa Floridian to get the details for me since I was obviously unable to get a straight answer, she kept telling me how she wasn't to blame for Google Maps directions. What?! They all speak the same foreign language and any communication problems I was having they could have hashed out the first time I called. But they ruined our vacation, put my child and myself in danger, caused undue stress with daily trying to get into the security gate, and their "don't care" attitudes were appalling. I am due a refund and they have refused to give me one. Buyer beware and avoid this company.
