Shocking service do not use this company! 10
Calls to get my car back stood alone with a 2 year old freezing!!! Took a hour to get my car and some one smoked in my car!!!

DO NOT USE this cowboy company! On arrival to Bristol the guy was there waiting to take our car no problem, arriving back was a nightmare! We booked meet and greet more for the journey home due to travelling back and arriving with a 2 year old at 2am, then having to travel another 2 hours home in the car. Called the number as told too when we picked up our baggage to be told by the guy on the phone that unfortunately the driver due to drop off our car had phoned in sick so he was collecting us in a minibus and then taking us to our car. Not happy anyway…… then he had the cheek to ask us for the £5 exit fee!😳 to which I replied ‘ are you joking? It’s was left in my car as requested’ He paid it to claim back off the company…. And rightly so, I’d not received the service I booked. Then when we arrived at my car, it had been parked by the side of the road round the corner from their office….. not a secure car park! 😡 absolutely fuming! Never have I had a negative experience with airport parking before. A massive sham…. Avoid at all costs. I’d rather pay more for the service I asked for.

Used forge for our latest holiday from Bristol to Gran Canaria. Never used a meet n greet service before. Had read reviews and was a little dubious but I needn't have been.. the service was well organised, in fact it was amazingly timed. You have to keep in contact!
On arriving to the drop n go.. by the time we all got out and unloaded the luggage he was there to pick up the car (<5 mins).
Just make sure you have a fiver for him to get the car back out.
On our return journey, our flights were delayed by 3hrs, I sent a whatapp to inform them but they already knew. When we arrived at 2am (instead of the original 11pm). I called twice, once when at the carousel and again once we got the bags. he pulled up just as we left the airport and got to the drop and go..
I can't fault any of the service we had.
The price was reasonable
The timings were impeccable
The communication was spot on
Would definitely use them again.

DO NOT USE.
Did not show up to the airport so we had no parking when we arrived for our flight with 2 very young children.
Currently going through a small claims court as have not been a given a refund yet.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Upon arrival the chap waiting had been told he was expecting a black Volvo and not the blue Hyundai that I had booked in and spoken to the guy in the office half an hour before to state I was on my way as per the booking instructions.

Upon my return, rang again as per the instructions, stated cad and ref, got told 10 - 15 mins. 45 mins later I saw on my tracker that the car hadn’t moved, rang again and got a stern “the driver has been waiting for you for 20minutes and we’ve been trying to ring you”….as I stated I had looked on my tracker, my phone hadn’t ring and I have been stood watching all cars enter the drop and go. 10 mins later I get a call back “apologies, we have 2 blue Hyundai lomas in, we came in the wrong on and it looks like we’ve been trying to ring you on a different number”…..15 more mins and my car turns up. Chap driving not happy with his bosses instructions. Turned out he had been there 20 minutes previous but with a white ford cougar, not even close!

Borderline criminal operation.

Useless company. Upon arrival back at Bristol at midnight, was unable to get a reply on their mobile number. After 10mins of trying, managed to speak to the 1 person who was working that night, had no clue of how long I would have to wait for my car to be returned. Eventually arrived 75mins later and in a filthy condition. Will never use again.

There's a reason they're cheaper than anyone else. The service is shocking. Booked online, always use a meet and greet as I'm disabled. When I called to say I was 30 mins away I was told to go to the short stay car park, when I said about not able to walk long distances I was assured it was a short walk through a tunnel to departures. Not true, across cobbles, steep ramps and across roads. When we arrived back at Bristol I called as agreed once we'd gone through baggage claim. Again we were asked to go to the short stay. I explained that I was disabled but basically told tough, they weren't going to go to the express meet and greet drop off. My partner went to the short stay to collect the car while special assistance took me to the express pick up point where my partner would pick me up, meaning two charges of £5 to exit both car parks. After a number of phone calls, including one where we were told they'd lost the keys to my car . The car was delivered an hour after. I did email the company asking for an explanation and still no reply.. Avoid!!!

Wouldn’t use again … arrived 30 minutes later than arrival had to pay £5 for them to get out then on arrival home 45 minute wait couldn’t understand person who answered phone on delay not called to say would be late and THEN had to pay another £5 to get out ….. so overall £90+ when we could have used another company with a far better service !!!!!!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are here, it worked well for me car picked up on time on departure and then also dropped off within 10 mins on my return. No probelm at all. - thank you for the good service.

After reading the reviews I was skeptical to say the least (especially with a 2 year old baby and late flight home) but after my holiday I had no problems with pick and meeting after my flight.

After booking this service online I was so scared when I checked the reviews, wanted to kick myself for not checking first, I even wasn’t going to use it and pay again for onsite parking. But honestly I was worrying for no reason. The Bristol service was amazing with friendly professionals and I had no issues at all.
I really wanted to leave a review to assure people, and this company did a great job. I even came back early and they still got my car out to me very quickly. Yes you need to pay £5 in and £5 out on top, but it is still the cheapest option for Bristol by far and I was really happy with the service.

We used this service at Bristol Airport. We couldn't fault it. Easy and reliable. No waiting around Nd great value.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking. This is not a meet and greet service at the drop and go point. I might as well have booked the long stay car park at Bristol. Having to deal with extremely rude lady on the phone and in person. Had to wait 15 minutes for the car return as she was too busy with another customer at the drop and go and told me I should have waited at the drop and go, but I'd had to drop off car at the short stay and was told to return there - so no idea what they are doing! Also had to pay for the entrance and exit to the short stay. Total shambolic cowboys. Had to remove large amounts of mud from underneath my front bumper when I returned home - obviously it had been parked in a field somewhere......

I stupidly booked this service at Bristol after actually speaking with the guy, who sounded really helpful and reasonable. Then I read the Reviews so I cancelled it and requested a refund every way possible and got absolutely no response. I then tried to look up their Terms & Conditions and there weren't any. Cowboy outfit. Son of Forge Accommodation near Bristol Airport. I see now there is a Gatwick Branch!?!?

Not a good experience. We phoned 30 minutes before arrival at the airport, went to ansaphone three times. Eventually got through and in fairness the driver was there to pick the car up. No check was undertaken on car condition or mileage. Phoned on return when landed, I was told that they would be late delivering the car back owing to it being blocked in, this despite the flight being delayed by one hour! Waited over 30 minutes and the car finally arrived. Again no condition or mileage check. Told that there was no exit ticket, that we didn’t need one as it was number plate recognition, it wasn’t, had to pay £5 to get out. Be aware you will have to pay an extra £10, £5 in, £5 to get out. No hint of an apology. I think that I was naive handing a car over to an organisation that I didn’t know, not knowing where the car was being taken without any mechanism for jointly checking the mileage and vehicle condition before and after.

This is in regards to their new Gatwick branch. They were attentive and on time to pick our car up. Mentioned on the phone we needed to provide £5 in cash for parking, which was a surprise as all the other meet and greets I have used in the past it was included in the price. On arrival the driver said he was not comfortable to drive the car, even though I emphasised it passed its MOT. He said the tyre was to worn and illegal. I said we were not to know and said our flight was in 2 hours. He said our holiday was not important to him. I than said can I get a full refund, he said no, but than suggested I could drive the car to the car lot. It was 10 mins away but caused unnecessary stress and was not what I paid for.

I am still waiting for a response to my complaint.
They are incompetent and the staff are rude.
They were not there to meet me on my return journey, even though I'd called and texted 3 days prior to double check the time. They have flight details, so they only need to look on the airport website??
They have customer contact details, but fail to call if there's a problem or query. Charged extra for being late, bearing in mind I was travelling from over 150 miles away. Also had to pay entry & exit charges (not covered by price).
Altogether an harrowing and expensive experience.
