We are sorry that the delivery arrangements did not meet your expectations. However, we feel it is important to clarify that your shipment was booked with the originating agent in South Africa as a groupage service.
Groupage is a shared, part load service where a number of customers’ consignments are transported and delivered together. As a result, deliveries have to be coordinated within the vehicle’s planned schedule and when it is operating in the relevant area, rather than on a date chosen specifically by an individual customer.
We appreciate that this can be less flexible than a dedicated delivery service. However, this is an inherent part of groupage shipping and is reflected in the considerably more economical price compared with a dedicated vehicle and delivery.
We will always try to accommodate a customer’s preferences where our schedule allows, but unfortunately we cannot reorganise an entire groupage delivery schedule around one individual consignment.

The two friendly blokes who delivered my stuff were great. They had driven a long way and arrived in good time. Then they humped a lot of heavy boxes up to the second floor without a moan or murmur: thanks lads. Receiving my stuff, after being in storage for 15 months, ended a stressful period for me; Fox Group communication and service was a great help.

From my initial enquiry some months ago, up until the moving day yesterday, Fox were friendly, professional and reliable.
Everything was clearly explained and the removal men on the day (Nathan, Rhys and Kenzie) were very pleasant, worked very hard and with good humour.
They helped make quite a stressful move experience more bearable and nothing seemed too much effort.
I would recommend Fox to anyone needing a removal company.

Mark and Jerome were superb
Mark and Jerome were superb. I appreciate the additional time taken by the team to pack our items so efficiently. Nothing was broken and they reduced the stress levels drasitcally. Mark was clear with the timing for everything and even completed the task early. They made the experience very comfortable by packing the items for sleep last so I could have one last night ahead of the move the next day. The guys were cheerful and courteous throughout.

Great service off Fox Group.
We used Fox to move us after seeing how well they did with packing and moving family members. We chose the packing and moving service and would happily recommend Fox Group to anyone looking for a removal service. Communication was easy and responses quick. From the staff in the office, to the team which packed our home in just over four hours and then delivered to our new home, they were all very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Got the stuff that needed dismantling and re-built done very well.
Nice and simple, they did what was agreed, when it was agreed for and the price was in line with other quotes I had.
