Have been using Freeola services for over 20 years and am fully satisfied.

I have been with freeola for almost 20 years and I have found them to be fantastic. The service which includes web site hosting, email and broadband have always been super reliable and the really, really big thing is the customer service and technical back up, which I have used many times, is second to none they are incrediblt helpful.

I’ve used Freeola for my 2 domains and multiple email addresses for many years. I’ve never had any problem at with it, the email forwarding works flawlessly.

Have never had a reason to leave. They host my domains, websites, email for both personal and business as well as providing my home broadband. They are well priced and provide a good service. Am a fussy sod so for me to stay this long - they must be doing something right!!

Only issues I’ve ever had are with broadband - and their support team were supremely quick in helping me locate the issue. Which turned out to be a cabling issue at my house.

Yes you could probably get cheaper. Some slap dash no support outfit ;-) But with Freeola you’re buying into a knowledgeable team who can help and support your internet endeavours.

Have been with Freeola for many many years and have found their service to be second to none. The tech guys are excellent as are customer services. Replies are always prompt and accurate. We buy all of our domain names through Get Dotted too - again fast service. Highly recommended.

I have my website, my email pro service and most recently, my VOIP 'landline' telephone number all hosted by Freeola. I have been using them for various things for 24 years, and they have always provided an excellent service, and are very helpful with any enquiries or problems - not that there have been any significant problems in all that time! I can thoroughly recommend them to any prospective customers.
