Terrible experience with French Toast. We ordered July 28th, and were given a 30 day turn around. Cutting it close to the beginning of the school year, but we understood most companies were having COVID and labor shortage related delays. On August 19th we were asked to update the payment for our order. But instead of an update, the representative created an entirely new order, resetting our 30 day wait and sending us back to the end of the line! When we realized that, we were told a supervisor would reach out in 6-10 business days and we never heard.

We called in mid-September to cancel, as they were seasonal items and we could no longer use them. They agreed and provided a cancellation number, saying we’d be refunded in 3 business days. That proved to be untrue, because we later got a notification that the product had shipped! They even ADMITTED this was a lie, because the next representative we some with told us that they *don’t give cancellation numbers*. They then said the only way they could refund us is if we refused the delivery, so we did.

However. Today, the package showed back up at our doorstep! Not due to a return shipping error—it had a brand new tracking number created just a few days ago.

Obviously French Toast has a company policy and culture of dishonesty. The worst part is that apparently NO ONE in customer service (supervisor or not) can offer refunds, even when it is blatantly their fault. They can only refer you to ‘corporate,’ but apparently even ‘corporate’ won’t offer refunds, they can just call to ‘talk about your experience.’ This is not a joke, this is what I’ve been told by more than one representative.

If your school offers a second company to purchase uniforms from, use them. The price difference is not worth the headaches and hassle of dealing with a company who cannot communicate and leaves their representatives with no way of offering resolutions.

I ordered 5 shirts with embroidery in july of 2021. The shirts arrived in mid aug. Wronge size. So we immediately filed a complaint to get the issue resolved. School was starting soon. Now up to this moment right now sept 20th. Still no shirts, been BS around by every phone call person with this company..And NOONE has any answers. I would not recommend this company.

I really liked the softness of its clothing, and the polo shirt is simple yet fashionable.
