Meats are all under weight by about…
Meats are all under weight by about 70%. Tricks like splitting a chicken fillet in two and selling it as two.
And don't give them your mobile number or you'll be woken to meat messages for ever more with no way to stop them!

Lacking customer service
Lacking customer service and efficiency. Delivered a food pack with items missing, 1 email, 2 messages left on website and 1 phone call. Took over a week to reply back to the emails and messages, they offered a refund or to add extra on my next purchase over the phone. Gave them details for refund and nothing happened. Shoddy service wont be using again.

Bad Quality Awful Service
It seems loyalty is treated with utmost contempt by this company and it's now reached ridiculous levels. Having ordered a meat pack that should have contained a chicken they sent a text message after their drivers had set off saying they'd replaced this with a family sized gammon (described on their website as 1.4kg minimum) The order arrived and the substitution forced on me was only 627g. I've sent both text messages and emails and received no response.
The fact they advised of issues they would have known about far earlier in the day after the driver had set off quite clearly demonstrates their blatant intent to deceive, something backed up by ignoring communication attempts
