I purchased a wardrobe, but one of the doors arrived faulty. After a lot of back and forth, a replacement was finally ordered on 20th July and didn’t arrive until 18th August—even though it was replacing a defective item.

To make matters worse, the replacement door is also damaged. This suggests there is little to no quality control, which is incredibly disappointing.

I was given a £20 refund for the delay, but that completely misses the point. I didn’t want compensation—I simply wanted the wardrobe I paid for to arrive in good condition.

I am beyond disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I won’t be buying from this company again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Keeping me undated every step of the way, purchase was delayed ,so added discount to order which was appreciated.

Easy to navigate site, great customer service and product looks great

Superb experience with this company, everything packed really well, delivery took longer than expected, but everything else was 💯

I bought the TV stand Comfivo Citrus II. It's beautiful and instructions were easy to follow for assembly. A drill is required.
Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because delivery was delayed. I placed my order on 10 July with an estimate delivery of 10 days. I received it on 6 August. However, I was kept well informed throughout by both email and phone call regarding delivery. I would buy from here again as they have some beautiful pieces.

Honestly, hats off to the customer service team via Messenger. They responded almost instantly to all my queries, and after the order was placed, I found the same item cheaper, and they honoured their price match guarantee with no questions and I had the refund within an hour.

The desk I ordered looks great, nothing even close for the price range - I will edit this review once it arrives. But I just wanted to give credit to the customer service team beforehand.

The desk has since arrived. The website tracking was a bit rubbish, as it said the desk was finally in the UK with the delivery provider but it was in-fact still with Furn-On, where it stayed for a few more days before being moved and delivered. All in all, the desk was ordered on the 30th July and arrived on 18th August, so only an additional 3 working days from quoted on the website.

Regardless, their delivery partner was fantastic, confirmed a time the day before and rang 25mins before arrival.

The box itself was damaged, and unfortunately 1 piece of the desk was damaged too (not severely only cosmetic) but I was unlucky enough that it was a piece visible from the front. But again, hats off to Furn-On customer service who offered a partial refund for the issue which was processed right away.

The instructions were mostly straight forward, and aside from the few bits of the desk with damage (not visible when built), the craftsmanship is great and the assembled desk looks fantastic.

Would definitely use these guys again, thank you.

Quality furniture for the price

Very disappointed beyond words i placed an order end of June with a 10 day delivery slot. Still nothing… rang so many times the driver apparently has my Stuff but not delivered my items so upset and disappointed. How can a company take your money and not deliver your items in starting to think this is a scam and they are taking advantage of people. So so upset.

Very disappointing experience.

I was originally told that my order would be delivered within 10 days. After those 10 days had passed and I still hadn’t received it, I called customer service. The lady I spoke to simply told me it would arrive the following week. When I pointed out that the original 10-day timeframe had already expired, her response was just, “Okay, then it will arrive next week.”

I then explained that I was leaving for a one-month holiday and asked what would happen to my order. I was told that I would only receive it after I returned from my holiday—a full month later.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. If a company cannot meet the delivery times it promises, it should communicate proactively and offer customers a reasonable solution rather than expecting them to wait indefinitely. I found the customer service dismissive and unhelpful throughout.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Good service, easy to contact, little mix up as to when furniture would be delivered but promptly corrected. Delivered exactly on time.

Wen I got my comferm.ation on a time for delivery it arrived on that time and the deliver men were polite and plesent

Ordered the desk/dressing table very good value for money and easy to put together,very sturdy and loads of room in the multiple draws, customer service very friendly, only slight niggle was the time it took for delivery

Got the Comfivo Terros desk in Walnut and it’s very sturdy. Came with paper instructions (diagrams). It also came with a video guide via a qr code and I found that incredibly helpful, made the process so easy. Loses a mark as mentioned previously due to delivery delays, but customer service were good at replying via phone or through reviews, I didn’t seem to get a reply via email, though it may have got lost. The colour is lovely, drawers are a good size, and is overall a good product especially for the price.

Ordered tv unit, 10 working days to be delivered I’m now on working day 14 with no delivery date in sight, having emailed numerous times and getting an email back to tell me to check tracking which I've obviously already done, its been stuck in transit for over a week. Not sure where its coming from. Have to wait and see if the item actually turns up and as described

Purchased 2 sofas December, 2025, one sofa became faulty April 2026 reported and am still waiting for it to be fixed, this companies after sale service is absolutely useless and they ignore your emails too

Very helpful customer service, sent a fabric sample for a bed that I wanted. Fast delivery and bed is gorgeous! Very happy

Initial problems with the table supplied but this was quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Would purchase from this company again. Good prices.
