Super brilliant product and service. Peter was fantastically helpful on the phone to answer all my queries.

Useful initial discussion about size and usage, then delivered pretty quickly once ordered.
Futon looks and feels well made, obviously it's early days but it's comfortable to sit on and feels firm enough for a good nights sleep!

Excellent range of options on their website. Really good communication. Delivered on time. Quality seems excellent. The futon is exactly what we'd been looking for.

Best customer service experience I've ever had! Excellent quality futon bed roll. 5 stars all round! I had last minute Christmas guests and needed to organise last minute sleeing arrangements. After reading the reviews for futon247, I decided to call to ensure the futons would be delivered in time for Christmas and Peter was SO helpful and kind and reassuring. As promised, my 2x monk futon bed roll arrived the next day, delivered by Peter himself! I was completely blown away! THANKS so very much Peter for being an absolute legend - you ROCK! You singlehandedly saved Christmas for my family and I. My guests slept so well and gave the futons 5 stars for comfort🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

We are delighted with our new futon. It looks great and our guests are sleeping comfortably. We were able to discuss delivery personally with Peter, who was very helpful and made sure it arrived on time for Christmas.

Peter provided excellent service! He went above and beyond to purchase an item for me and kept me updated on the order's progress on a weekly basis. When the item finally arrived with issues, Peter took it upon himself to fix the problem. I would give Peter's service a perfect 10 out of 10! Would 100% purchase from them again in the future.

After a few hours of searching, I stumbled upon an e-commerce (Futons 247) store that sold the item and gave them a call. Peter picked up the phone and was incredibly informative and helpful. The purchasing experience was even better because Peter followed up with emails and phone calls. After a few weeks, the item arrived at the store, and Peter kept me in the loop about any issues. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the item, taking care of everything himself. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
