Hela köpprocessen gick smidigt och jag kände mig trygg från början till slut. Bilen var precis som beskriven och i mycket fint skick. Jag rekommenderar verkligen denna bilhandlare till alla som söker kvalitet, ärlighet och bra service. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka i framtiden!

On February 9, 2026, we paid the purchase price and even though the contract clearly states that the car will be available for collection from 7 days after payment, we do not have the car to this day. The seller falsely stated in the contract that the car has all-season tires and then began to claim that it is necessary to buy winter tires in order to be able to take the car away. Now he has our tires and money and has completely stopped communicating. You cannot rely on the numbers provided. He is not located at the location of the stated warehouse and headquarters. The vehicles in the photo gallery are photographed in a different place in front of another hall where no one knows the seller, see the photo in the attachment. I was here personally. There is a family house at the office address that looks neglected from the inside. We canceled the contract and requested a refund. Since our money was not returned, we forwarded our case to the relevant authorities.
I will inform you about further developments.

The seller still hasn't refunded the money for the undelivered car or the wheels for the car! He obviously has no money and is cheating customers!

In the Czech Republic, such people are called thieves!!

Never buy from this company. He is not the owner of the vehicles offered. He only buys the vehicles after the contract is concluded once he has money from others in his account again. He owes us €68,000 for 12 weeks and GLS still hasn't paid Mercedes in Vestervik. Where is our money? We have already declared withdrawal for 5 weeks! Never buy there!!???

Riktigt trevlig personal och allting gick super smidigt, hade 100% rekommenderat dem för den som tänker på att köpa bil.

Grym service smidig och skön försäljare som gör hela förhandlingen trevlig och mer än godkänd. Det handlar mer än en att bara köpa en bil man får. Man köper värdet av produkten.

Köpte min första sportbil av Joe, helt digital affär och allt gick super smidigt. Han visade upp bilen på video, sms och FaceTime och jag kände mig inte en gnutta osäker någon gång.

We bought a 2025 Mercedes S450d from this company and asked the owner, Joe Carlson, whether the car could be transported to the Netherlands immediately. He confirmed it was possible without any problems.
After doing our due diligence, we transferred the full amount as agreed.

Two days later we arranged transport — but the car was not released.
From that moment on, we were dragged along for 12 weeks, constantly receiving excuses and empty promises.

During this period:

Joe stopped answering calls and barely responded to WhatsApp messages.

We sent three transports in total, all returning empty because the car was never handed over.

We even involved a lawyer, because nothing moved forward.

We eventually discovered the car was not in his possession and was still owned by a leasing company.

Only after 12 weeks — and with the help of a third-party intermediary — did the car finally reach the Netherlands.

The registration documents arrived two weeks later.

This entire process caused major delays, extra costs, and a huge amount of frustration.

I want to explicitly warn everyone:
Do not buy anything from this company based on my experience.
The lack of transparency, unreliable communication, and endless delays caused significant financial and professional damage.
