Just product not as advertised on YouTube,

Very poor shave and certainly will not cut through a head of hair as shown on YouTube

Bought some earphones, on delivery the product looked good but the earphones wont charge up on the included charging box. faulty cheap product, very dissapointed. Now the charge has ran out and they wont charge back up.

I purchased an electric razor. The purchase price was £24.98 i haven't received the item and the monies was taken from my bank account on the 16th of December 2024. I have emailed there customer service department on Four occasions and still I have had no contact from them. I'll not be using George shop in the future. From a frustrated and angry customer.

The ease with which I was able to place my order. The range of merchandise offered.

The product itself is well constructed and performs its task well, as per your video. However, I felt I was let down by the time that it took your carrier, Yodel, 13 days to deliver, after allowing for one day Bank Holiday. For the Hegel of service I received, I consider the £4.99 packaging and delivery charge excessive.
To reduce this I suggest you use a smaller size box or use a smaller bubble wrap envelope be used; both of which can be safely inserted in a normal household postal flap. This would obviate the need to use the uncompetitive Yodel with its confusing tracking system which requires one to select a choice of safe (?) options if you are not at home. For example, the Royal Mail would probably deliver in 3 days at most and at lower cost.

The mini iron is faulty. Water leaks out of the filling hole. When vertical water pours out. Could not get the iron to work correctly at all at any temperature. Will return the iron. Please refund the cost.

0000000000 +0 I ordered a shaver at the cost of 19.99 plus postage costing roughly 25 pounds two weeks ago . no shaver still have emailed them complaining asking where it is no response to my concerns week three still nothing I have asked 4 times for a refund and nothing again I have reported their add to you tube as a scam I suggest everyone else do the same this is a shambles and a joke

Ordered a shaver and when I emailed to ask when it was coming they said I'd received it . The date and time they said it was delivered I was in all day and had nothing delivered. Emailed again to say I wanted my money back and haven't heard anything back. My advice would be if your thinking of ordering anything from these PLEASE DONT

Looks to be very good so will have to wait and see
