I ordered a set of usb screw drivers for part of my husbands Christmas present,on the 1st week of December & now on the 9th January 2025 it has not been delivered. I have an option to track my package,if I pay £1.00 on my card, but reading all these awful comments I don't have much faith either getting a positive answer or even receiving my package, that incidentally cost £20 with the postage.

This is a scam company, took money then after weeks of emails the say the package was delivered. When asked who delivered said package and on what date and where it was left , they haven’t responded at all. Another online scam

It was so easy and quick

It was easy to purchase this item and find it on your site as I had watched your ad on my laptop for this product, I was impressed with the ad after it showed what the shaver can do and what impressed me most was the fact the shaver took off a fully grown beard with ease, and for the price I felt why not give it try for myself to see if it can really do what was shown in the ad, I only came across the ad late last night whilst I was watching Taylor’s afloat YouTube channel and the ad cropped up during their Vlog on a canal breach and I made up my mind to buy after watching the ad in-fact I saved the ad on my laptop so that i didn’t forget the company name,

bought a kitchen item from them not received it ive emailled at least three times and have been totally ignored, i wouldnt recommend this company to anyone seems they take your money and thats the last contact .

Ordered the advertised shaver and paid for on 7/12/24.

Never arrived and yet their tracking system suggested otherwise.

Wrote a number of emails about my order such as details of tracking number.

Not one reply.

Don't buy anything from this group.

They'll take your money but help you out.

They sent me a email saying item was delivered? No it wasn't, AVOID

I ordered a vegetable slicer/mandolin from this company. I had searched online for such a gadget and the georgeshop advert started popping up in my feeds.
It looked okay in the videos (NO it’s NOT) and I ordered one on 8 December. It arrived this morning (24th) and I can only describe it as a worthless piece of rubbish. Further descriptions are available on request.
It is very difficult to assemble as the parts are badly made and barely fit together. The accompanying instructions are in minuscule print and require a magnifying glass to read. Not worth the effort. Slicing and chopping functions were pathetic. Parts broke off whilst trying to disassemble it for cleaning.
Now, having read TPilot reviews, I realise I should NOT have gone anywhere near this company.
I cannot be bothered (life’s too short) to start a pointless refund process. I’ve written off £31.99 to experience.
DO NOT order from this company.

How quickly and easily to do

They, being George shop, said they had delivered my parcel to post office, where there is no post office, why not deliver it to my home address????? umpteen emails between myself and Julia????? until she deafed me out, completely ripped off by this…..I can’t even call it a company, STEER WELL CLEAR.

I ordered a Laptop Stand thinking this would be useful when on Zoom calls but I received a Tablet Stand instead! I do not have a tablet and no way would this hold a laptop. Customer Services told me to return it to China at my own expense and they'll refund what I paid or keep it and they'll refund 50%.
I don't think I'll bother as I've no wish to have anything more to do with this company if this is their idea of customer services. I will pass on the emails to the Which magazine for their opinion.

Ease and options of order and paying processes. Clear signposting and autofill were advantageous.

I tried to place an order for about $74.00 and when I submitted it for payment my credit card said $1000 transaction denied. So I’m not sure what that was about but I canceled everything and logged off. Be careful!!!

I have ordered two items from this company. After two weeks I have received no confirmation of my order and the items I purchased have not been received.
You cannot speak to them on the phone, a voice message directs you to e mail them. I have e mailed them, no response!
Not impressed!

Rubbish company. We will learn one day. Not to buy from China.

In October of this year I ordered 1 item from this company. However the site automatically selects three items at a discount rate and I ended up paying for 4 items . Within an hour of realising my mistake I e mailed customer services and asked them to cancel the order . I did not receive a reply for a few days only to be told nothing could be done as the items had been shipped . In November I was told the items had been delivered to my front porch - I don’t have one as I live in a block of flats . I again asked for a refund - It was suggested I pay for the shipping to return the goods to china ( the ones I had not received ) or receive a 50percent refund …..
so now I have no goods , lost almost 60 pounds , and no one from Georgeshop willing to do anything about it . It’s a very untrustworthy company and Uk Trading Standards Authority should intervene .
